General Concept

An island, vaguely 80000km², in the middle of an ocean, inhabited by a displaced Orc horde, an exiled Dwarf clan and the descendants of a boat full of Halfling homesteaders.

Also on the island are: Tiny and vengeful Goblins living in the forests, Pirates with interesting accents, a lost elder dragon and huge, rideable dogs.
