Propaganda:
Arai and Lee: Axe and Sword team. Absolute tanks in my opinion. Both good at planning and actually acting on plans.
MM Raph and Sanka: SaiStaff team, long and short range weapons. Good for offense and defense.
Atsu and Cerulean: Literally poison.
