The movie was based on a webtoon which tells a tale of a reporter and the celebrity she's spying on. This movie is Korean-Chinese , given that it has none other than EXO's Chanyeol in it. The female lead is a strong character which almost always puts them bith in a problematic situation . I think they had a drama version of this, which is actually a good idea since the scenes in the movies were almost cramped. ❤

My Best Summer

According to Geng Geng, if there will be a doomsday, it will never happen on a Summer day because a Summer Day is beautiful (I'm starting to doubt this line now though). The vibes of this movie is similar to ' A Love so Beautiful' and 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love', it's just that this movie will make you feel sad (sorry) but I have to include it here because I just can't get over it and I'm cruel enough to recommend something where we can share being sad 😂. Kidding aside, I love this movie so much that it still hurts.

Love The Way You Are

The storyline was cute and light (which is typical in Chinese-Taiwanese coming of age dramas ) but the flavour was just different. It was fast paced but precise. Though I have already expected the twist in the end, the shift in Point Of View , added another 360 by appreciating Zhou Linlin through Fang Yu Ke's attachment to her. Indeed, if I ever wish to have a Fang Yu Ke, i should be a Zhou Linlin . *sigh* Anyways, this was based on a novel entitled : Peking University Students

"Mr. Pride and Miss Prejudice"

If you want to laugh for about 2 hours, this movie will be for you. Aside from a great serving of visuals , aherm Zhang Yunlong, ahermm Dilraba Dilmurat, the movie also offers a unique storyline which started from a pretty awkward accident. Zhou Hou (the mama's boy) and Tang Nannan (an online writer) will keep you entertained with their unlimited bickerings and unusual tandem. I just love movies with imperfect characters but are always positive in their views. If you watched this movie and fell inlove with Zhang Yunlong or Dilraba, don't blame me 😂. I think I watched this for more than 10 times already becaus it's fun 😂

Our Times

If I'll have to rank these five movies, I'd say "Our Times" will be hard to beat as the top one(sorry Zhang Yunlong). Superior Storyline which will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. You will laugh , cry, and feel frustrated together with the characters. It works like magic and you'll end up remembering their lines. I wish I had seen this movie when I was in highschool or when I was younger. It gave out life lessons while portraying how imperfect the characters are.

Hello! I am back with another stream of thoughts after watching the Chinese Drama "In Youth"

To be honest, i started watching this just because of Zhang Yunlong. Later, as the episode progresses, I fell inlove with how the storyline was well-written. It's like the viwera are drawn closer to each character in every episode.

I'd to write a descriptin on the characters in the next days while I am still realizing what I'd really like to say

The movie feels warm and satisfying. It does not highlight on Yu Ke's transformation but more on Linlin's realization. Most transformation stories would turn around the lead changing to be attractive and getting the girl / boy of his/ her dreams but as for Yu Ke, he never felt the need to transform until Linlin asked him to do so. Even after his transformation, Zhou Linlin did not convey her attraction to his new self , indicating thatbhis looks didn't really matter. All she wanted was for him to be happy , assuming that he will be happy if Ruting notices him. She just genuinely wants Yu Ke to feel loved.

Ayaaa~

This movie is really worth watching. It is fast paced , fun and light. You don't have to think so much while watching it ❤
