I lost 7 lbs in one week
Here's what I did:
I only ever ate dinner.
I did this because school was an excellent distraction, especially when parents are working. It allowed me to seem like I eat normally with slightly healthier tendencies to keep anyone off my trail. It's always good to have an eye witness to eating, so you can use them when accused.
Spit don’t swallow
As I have talked about recently, I used a method where I can chew the food and spit it into a cup whenever I was craving. I find this ESPECIALLY helpful when you look at the cup after and see how much you would have eaten.
“You still get calories”
You can look this up. But previously when I had a dietian, he told me I dont need to chew a lower calorie gum because those caloroes are used immediately as energy, its not going to contribute to weight loss. And that while a calorie deficit is helpful, it’s better you focus on caloric density.
Cold baths
A 15 minute cold shower burns 75 calories. So, I took 30 minute cold baths while watching supersize vs superskinny. Helped me a lot with bloat and I dropped 2 lbs after doing so even though I had nachos for dinner.
Weigh yourself EVERYDAY
Contrary to popular belief its a good habit. Throughout the week your hormones fluctuate and so does your water intake etc. So weighing yourself every morning (before water, after the bathroom). Helps you see that fluctuations and understand that maybe your “monday weigh in” is just on a high hormonal day.
Cardio ≠ Running, and you NEED to do it.
I did cardio every other day. This was a mixture of aerobic belly dancing workouts, to military workouts, to an intense yoga routine. You NEED to move your body and get that heart rate up, muscle training is good to help keep skin tight but to the lose the fat you gotta do cardio.
Coffee, Energy drinks and more OH MY!
In the beginning when I was training myself to do fluids all day till dinner I HEAVILY relied on coffee and energy drinks because they are an appetite suppressant.
What i’ll be doing moving forward
- daily vitamin
-weight loss pill NATURALE (ACV, Charcoal etc)
-green tea
-douple up on workouts
-intervals of water fasts and only dinner
