Spring cleaning took a lot out of me,who knew? I took a lot of time moving everything around the room like I was a cartoon character.

By the end of it I was happy to at least do a few of my hobbies at least before going back to school. One hobby in particular I am having trouble with even as I am balancing my school life: gardening.

Last year,I was really good at taking care of french marigolds and growing them from seeds to plants. But this year these flowers are a bit of a struggle for me. I am doing my best to grow again this year. I think I am already messing up though.

Long story short,I ended up throwing away some rotten starters. I still have more seeds. Hopefully I can replant them with a better approach.

In the meantime I have no problem daydreaming the perfect garden in Stardew Valley.

Awhile back I signed up for to take some online classes on Graphic Designing and I also celebrated Twin Peaks Day.

This was a long journey to get to that point. I had to work really hard getting my GED on and off for a couple of years before then. So to get pass that challenge,and to actually get to participate in college courses is a big thing for me.

So now here I am working on Graphic Designing and let me tell you,it is a class that tires me out but it's something I like doing. I'm learning so much on how to use my "designer's eye" more that you can probably see some improvements from my last drawing alone on working with alignment and contrast. The more I have read from the recommended designer book they advised me to get,the more I am understanding color theory too.(Only the basics for now though.) Hopefully I get to practice more on what I learned on my personal art soon.

In February as well was Twin Peaks Day!

I began getting into the show the later half of last year. It honestly took me awhile to get into it. It was my third attempt to re-watch the show because David Lynch is always a hit or miss for me sometimes. He inspires a lot of my favorite media though so I respect him for that. But I am glad to say that I ended up really taking a liking to this show a third attempt around. Episode 3 really solidified it for me.

Anyways,for Twin Peaks Day,I wanted to do something special for my first one. But nothing too over the top since I still had to rest for school around that time too,so there was only a couple of things necessary to celebrate. I wore an outfit similar to Dale Cooper's retirement look,ate mini cherry pies,and watched the first episode on the projector with the Log Lady introduction.(The one that regularly aired,not The Northwest Passage International Version; Maybe I will next year to see the alternate ending.)

By the end of the night,I was left feeling happy yet existential re-watching the pilot with more context. The story truly hits harder once you know more of the lore after the series and the movie.

So yeah,I would say a pretty solid Twin Peaks Day overall.

The very end of February was very stressful to endure though. Hopefully March will look better with the upcoming spring break I will get soon. I don't know about you but I plan to catch up with reading some books,crocheting,spring cleaning,and drawing of course.

In the process of leaving DeviantArt

I decided to leave DeviantArt and will be deleting my account this week. I just need to manually delete each post though so that it won’t get saved into their ai art programming system.

I’m hoping when I delete deviantart it won’t automatically delete my tumblr posts I have shared through there as well.

So yeah this week,my art will be posted on private mode until I update my links and stuff.

I’m so sleepy but I am hoping this status update is making sense to any readers out there.

Quick update: I’m back on Instagram. But I’m not going to use it like how I did before.

Back then I used it try and make a career out of it but now I want to go back to the basics and use it whenever I want and as a hobby account again.
