Amelia Rivera is the product of a one night stand between a human, Lyra Rivera, and an ebris, Arzeth Zokus. They grew up with only their mother, running away from Arzeth and his followers who had Amelias death at the top of the list.

Eventually settling in a small, rural town, they meet a couple with a daughter. The green. The greens are very strong and powerful Veixians. This allowed them to keep Amelia safe and able to stay in the town for as long as was needed/wanted.
