it's like- straight out of an alien type movie. A ghost saw him transforming back to human one time and never went back to Amity after that.

Danny's human form basically just bursts out of his ghost form's stomach his ghost form soon melting afterwards.

During bitter reunions, Danny was kept in his ghost form and felt his human form... Trying to claw out... fuck he HATED that box.

After the GIW tries to nuke the ghost zone foundation precogs sound the alarm on how the world just barely avoided an XK class end of the world scenario the Foundation does some digging and finds that the American government was hiding the existence of a portal to the infinite realms and a mass dimensional invasion happening from them.

The Foundation is needless to say, not happy. They kick out the GIW, who are a branch of the Unusual Incidents Unit and just as useless, and take over.

MTF Epsilon-6 is sent in to apprehend the Fenton parents and secure their tech as well as assess whether or not MTF Gamma-5 needs to be sent in to prepare city wide amnestic procedures. They walk in right in the middle of the fenton parents vivisecting their son, with their daughter and his two friends tied up in another room so they wont interfere.

By the time Danny wakes up in a Foundation hospital three days have passed, the Fenton parents are in custody, Amity Park doesn't think ghosts are real again, the anti-ecto acts are in the process of being repealed, and Jazz has an internship lined up in the ethics department for when she gets out of college.

Danny gets the explanation on where he is, what happened, who the SCP Foundation is and what they do, as well as an apology for not keeping a closer eye on the UIU and letting them get away with doing this, describing their actions as "needlessly cruel"

After a while they explain that while they can't let him go free, they want to bring him on as either a researcher or perhaps as a member of MTF Alpha-9. After talking it over with his friends he decides to become a researcher.

He finishes his education using SCP-5094 and becomes the youngest researcher on staff, focusing primarily on deep space and interdimensional anomalies.

Okay so its not much but I just had a brief idea.

For whatever reason, Danny is put to sleep and will stay asleep for awhile[choose whatever reason you want]. Now, obviously Clockwork, Pandora, or Frostbite can't watch him/protect him while he sleeps, its not safe for him to sleep in the Ghost Zone[for plit reasons], and NOBODY trusts Vlad to do it, which leaves: Dan.

Danny is moved to some ruins or maybe the earth version of Phantom's Keep, so there's a lot of treasures and artifacts in storage.

Dan is in his "Redemption Arc" era, and Clockwork thinks it will be a good step for him to takes. So now Dan is stuck watching his sleeping future half-self, and punching the crap out of anyone who tries to trespass. Also Cujo is there, because of course he is.

Not sure how/where this would go, but I kinda like the idea of Danny being a Fiona/Sleeping Beauty character and Dan is a dragon. Cujo would be Donkey in this situation is guess.

Danny was never Originally from the current dimension he lives in now. He was from Earth-3081(aka the universe Murder Dronss takes place), he only finds out about this from Clockwork, telling him that he has the choice to rescue his biological sister from a slow death, or to leave her.

Yes he doesn't know her, but he is not leaving her to a slow painful death.

His sister is Tessa James Elliot.

He rescues her but she still loses a lethal amount of blood, no time to head to the dimension he is living in, so he heads to the Far Frozen.

Frostbite suggested they could use Danny's blood to help, but it might cause Tessa to become a halfa herself. Danny agrees, she isn't going to die on him!

She is saved, and practically crys at seeing Danny because she REMEMBERS her twin. And were inseparable afterwards.

Now you must be wondering why call them "The Apocalypse Twins"?:

Danny in the bad timeline, was set to destroy the world and zone, Effectively causing the Apocalypse.

While Tessa, fixed up and took care of Cyn who later caused the robot Apocalypse and the Destruction of their home dimension's Earth.

Now the twins are waiting until clockwork gives them the go ahead that they could return to their home dimension so Tessa could find her robot friends.

(Tessa's ghost form resembles Danny's ghost form but shares some qualities similar to worker drones too :3 )

He puts funny little hats on himself, sometimes some little paper accessories (he doesn't want to put any kind of adhesive in his bones, that's just asking for damage- so no stickers, sadly).

Everyone he works with fully assumes it's just a prop skull.

Danny Fenton works at the Daily Planet in a corner where Clark Kent doesn't really frequent.

One day, he has to drop of some paperwork for Mr Fenton- who he's never met despite working together for the past two years, “shit just happens in a big office like that I guess” he says (though Clark swears he’s never heard a heartbeat or any kind of breathing from that office)- and Clark drops everything he's holding when he sees a child's skull on the desk, decorated with a festive pink ribbon patterned with different fruits.

Clark knows exactly what real bone pores look like, and he knows his enhanced sight isn't lying to him. It's either the best fake in this or any universe, or his coworker has a real human child's skull on his desk.

But how does he bring this up to anyone without exposing himself?
