Never read Romeo and Juliet in my life but I’m 99% sure this is exactly how the play goes 😂

What if we make a Romeo and Juliet adaption where any Montague v. Capulet scene is either set up like a Minecraft fight or an episode of Family Feud. And when Romeo kills himself and Juliet gets up and sees she says “ah shit he believed it.” And then she stabs herself. And during that whole scene there’s a sign over the stage that says “when the hoes take your suicide joke too seriously so now you gotta commit to the bit.” Lol what if

I made my way down the stairs to be greeted by 3 men standing in our home. “Who are you?” I say to the men with a low growl “good day love” the tall muscular red one said “so is this the girl” the blue one with incredibly long legs stated I could smell the chilly on his breath “so you’re Y/N then well I’m tails, this is sonic” he pointed at the tall blue stanky breath man “and that’s knuckles” he pointed at the muscular red man. “Why are you here” “well we’re dreamboat express and we bought you from your mother. “Step mother” I corrected. Steamboat express?…. I think I’ve heard the name before but I was never a fan for im just not like other girls. I read books and skate board and watch old movies while eating pizza and drinking soda. Other girls just wanna wear makeup and talk about boys. “….WAIT BOUGHT ME” I exclaimed I look at my evil step mother “with the money we got from selling you me and your father are gonna go to Mexico to look for some Latinas your father said he loves Latinas” I look around the room”I HATE YOU, I HATE ALL OF YOU” I run up to my room and slam the door, crying. I open my window and climb onto the roof. “I won’t be sold” I scream as I start to sing fight song for the whole world to hear. “Your not like the other girls that we’ve bought” said sonic. “Grab her knux” I was grabbed in tight arms and carried down to their van and driving away from my home.
