I'm confused as to exactly who I am talking to and why they are trying to hide their identity.

Are you suffering from paranoia, Not Ms Twilight? Is that why a Unicorn stallion lounging on your lawn smoking a cigarette is bothering you?

It's not paranoia if I have a real reason to be concerned! But yes, that is part of the reason he is bothering me. It would bother me significantly less if he wasn't a random unicorn no one has seen before, considering how well those interactions tend to go.

I was worried about calling the police because it's still a public library during the day, and he's not breaking any rules or laws. When I finally convinced somepony to ask him to leave, he did, but he seemed annoyed by the confrontation.

I'm completely fine and not worried at all about him coming back. I will not be checking all the Ponyville records to see if he lives here because that would be excessive.

Yes, and the only positive thing I can say about him is that I'm glad he gave Equestria a reason to mend relations with the Changeling Empire. Not ideal circumstances, and definitely not his intent, but it's the closest thing I can say to a positive.

I would be less concerned if that was the case. He's a unicorn no one I've asked has seen before, and that's usually something bad waiting to happen.

Changelings change shape when reformed?! I guess that makes sense, given that you're changelings and all, but I wasn't expecting a whole new look. Sorry, is that offensive? I haven't really interacted with many changelings because even though Chrysalis and Celestia have worked out their differences enough for us to be on good terms politically, that does not quell her hatred for me. Wait, a friendship school? That sounds like something I would do, but it sounds super dangerous and I can barely handle one student.

Parasprites 101 --the good, the bad and the chewy

So you want to own parasprites? Or are you just morbidly curious about how I manage to keep a home and a fridge full of food with two parasprites? Either way, I am willing to share my secrets!

Parasprites are known for their voracious appetites and their explosive breeder status--they vomit up new parasprites to reproduce! Due to both of these factors, parasprites are technically not insects, if the cephalothorax and four unsegmented legs didn't tip you off. They function similarly though. They have fragile wings, big, segmented eyes, and an exoskeleton. Parasprites are pretty big, especially the older ones. Most parasprites plagues are due to younger parasprites. Older parasprites know when they're full. When they're super-duper young, they don't really have the ability to regulate their eating habits. They don't know when to stop. You know how mosquitoes will sometimes explode themselves by drinking too much blood? Yeah, it's kinda like that...

Parasprites are very active creatures, so they eat more than your average dog or cat to compensate for that. Parasprites don't like staying in one place. They're kinda like puppies, with their energy and their affectionate-ness. Dogs don't have such an awful reputation, though.

What I do to curb their eating habits is to get them very filling food. A lot of my kitchen is dedicated to bread, bread products, applesauce, and the occasional bit of expanding foam. They do eat a lot! They get five meals per day, which may be a bit of a strain on your budget, but it's not a problem if you're like me, who lives in the Everfree Forest and hardly ever eats (I forget). Ultimately, food food is better, but they can digest non-food materials, like wood and fabric and expanding foam. They were not always like this? I think this is an evolutionary thing. When I was a filly they would only eat food.

Reproduction is the bigger issue. Croissant has reproduced once in my care, and that was during a week where we were stormed in and running low on food. A good way to keep them from reproducing (or just causing trouble in general) is by keeping them busy. Games, toys, walks, cuddling, and eating are good ways to keep their minds off of procreation. Parasprites also LOVE music--sounds in general. They seem to have an affinity for big band music, but anything will do. They will dance and bounce and chirp. It is so cute.

Parasprites are VERY affectionate. If you want a pet that will cuddle, get a parasprite. I can hardly go five minutes without being pestered for pets or a little kiss. It's a lot less annoying than it sounds.

Parasprites, like most creatures, die eventually. Croissant is getting there. They sleep a lot more, reproduce less, and have a mildly smaller appetite. I worry that Baguette will freak out. I know I will.

It's kinda late. I may have forgotten some things, but you're always welcome to ask! I love dispelling myths about cute little creatures that get a bad rap for...doing the things they need to to survive. Would you yell at a dog for barking? Would you lecture a spider for making webs? Today I learned not to ask Rarity if she knows a random stallion. I already asked Starlight and Spike, and I would have gone to Pinkie if she was in town, but she's visiting family. Sure, I went to her because she's the only one of my "friends" to know multiple stallions in Ponyville well enough to do her bidding, but I'm pretty sure Rainbow doesn't pay attention to stallions unless they're Wonderbolts. Also, Fluttershy barely knows anypony, and it's applebuck season.

We are not on speaking terms, but I find it ridiculous that she expects me to apologize. She'll be forced to get over it next time we have a mission which probably won't be that long anyway...

Hello! If certain ponies ask this is Spike or the tree of harmony or a random magic school drop out that Twilight definitely doesn't have a grudge against pretending to be Twilight Sparkle. Not that anyone would ask, of course, and Twilight has definitely not noticed the increase in ponies monitoring her.
