I think u should live and speak ur truth. I don’t think anyone would be faced with character allegations when liking a certain character. So what if Luo Binghe is my favorite character? I don’t see anything wrong with that. So what if I want to wrap him up in a blanket and give him hot chocolate? He deserves it! So what if I want to be his mother figure for the rest of his life, sheltering him from the fate that inevitably awaits him? I can have dreams!! So what if I want to do the same with Bingge?? (Who is seriously so fucking cool and op I think I might explode but I understand that there are nuances to his character don’t you dare erase those)

Anyways I think you should be allowed to be a Shizun fucker freely and i can be right in my opinion about Binghe without people asking if I escaped from the book.

This quote kills me, for many reasons, but one of them is the line immediately following:

Shen Qingqiu barely remembered saying what was probably one of the most impactful things Luo Binghe had ever heard. Shizun so does not realize the impact he has on people.

Idk if I've ever posted this on here but I will always love the idea of Lan wangji thinking Wei Ying is a teen parent. Because from Wei Ying point of view things went like this

1. Leave gusu at 15 to go to another school

2. Adopt young Wen Yuan when you're 20 and he's a toddler

But from Lan zhans point of view it was

1. Your crush who flirts with everyone randomly left your school (but his brother stayed so why???)

2. You meet him again a few years after he left and hear him say he birthed his son himself and his son is ... also a few years old . Oh my god he had to drop out because he was pregnant

At first, Hua Cheng mostly gives off the impression of a normal over-protective broody love interest in a romance novel, overly paranoid over anything that might potentially hurt Xie Lian, but then you get to the White Clothed Calamity arc and realize, oh god, oh fuck, that’s actually a completely reasonable response to having to watch someone go through that, he’s actually showing remarkable restraint by allowing Xie Lian to go off and do his own thing as much as he does

i do think shen jiu would be somewhat nicer if he had shen yuan for a brother but even if he was exactly the same i think it would be so funny like

shen yuan: im your shizuns brother, it's nice to meet all of you.... oh, look at this child! who hurt him???

shen jiu, glaring at binghe: no one. right?

binghe: that's right... shizun didn't hurt me, he was disciplining me.

shen yuan: that's horrible! shen jiu did you do this???

modern au bingqiu wherein LBH's last hairstylist moves away. He's dreading having to find another stylist that can do his curly hair right, and is expecting to have to endure some bad hairstyles before he finds The One.

IN COMES: Hairstylist Shen Yuan

His parents begged him to do something, anything, college, modeling, military service, trade school.

Shen Yuan gave in and decided on hairstyling, because he had always enjoyed braiding his meimei's hair when they were little.

So now Shen Yuan moonlights as a hairstylist when he feels like it, or when his parents or siblings get a bit too antsy about him "not doing anything with his life".

Anyway Shen Yuan is actually really good at his job, because he'd feel bad if he gave someone a bad haircut.

Binghe gets the best haircut of his life, and when his hair is getting washed, he's literally staring up at the prettiest man he's ever seen, and said man is so so gentle with his scalp.

I'm kinda bummed that more people don't care for Isaac and Stiles' canon dynamic

you put them anywhere near each other, they are already fighting, insulting everything about each other, the haircut the trauma the outfit, no bars held. Isaac puts his hand too close to Stiles' face, stiles bites him. they have a staring contest while Isaac slooooowly pushes all of his stuff to the ground

but Isaac is one of the only people to go "hey stiles I think you're really fucked up are you straight up dying??" and stiles refuses to answer so Isaac is immediately more on edge. and Isaac was trusted to finally trap the nogistune, which I imagine stiles would have some pretty heavy sway over.

also, the scene at the lunch table? "you could try being helpful for once" "for half my childhood I was locked in a freezer so being helpful is kinda new to me" "you still milking that?" it's so easy to read this as stiles being a dick (because he kinda is) but watching back season two, Isaac is actually fairly reluctant to talk about his father, even to people that FOR SURE know what happened. further more, stiles just doesn't care in the same way about the pack that other characters do, so the pack isn't trying to justify themselves to him. so Isaac doesn't want to talk about it and stiles isn't pressuring him, but suddenly its four months later and Isaac is bringing it up casually and stiles isn't surprised about ANY of that. and they both refuse to skate around it despite that fact that that is one of their strongest skills. whether or not Isaac actually uses his father's abuse as a way to get out it isn't QUITE as interesting as the way that the two of them seem comfortable talking about it, especially when everyone around them DOES seem visibly uncomfortable

anyway. those two are my favorite pair of angry cats. they would die for each other. last week Isaac ate Stiles' homework. about a month ago stiles broke into his house to hide his spoons. they got each other for secret santa, Isaac got him a box full of pennies and a bottle of his mom's perfume stiles got him bottles of dirt and a handknit scarf

recently read a fic where Shen yuan was a wisteria spirit/nymph and i kinda adore this idea

also thinking again about werewolf luo binghe and his human mate shen yuan,,, they would be so cute together,,,, lbh getting extra sticky around the full moon, and sy indulges him because ‘he can’t help it; his instincts mean he needs me to sit on his lap in the common areas of the pack’s den’

he doesn’t entertain such shameless pda except around the full moon and certain lunar events™ like eclipses (and festivals/celebration like the new year,,, and the springtime,,, and binghe’s birthday…………). but when those roll around, shen yuan is a blushing mess.

he’ll be held on binghe’s lap with his big dumb wolf boyfriend pressing his nose to sy’s neck, sneaking a hand up under his shirt to press against the skin of his middle, nipping at his ears and making low, pleased rumbling sounds deep in his chest. binghe will insist on hunting and cooking for him, serving him first, feeding him by hand for as long as sy can stand it.

lbh takes advantage of sy’s indulgent moments shamelessly. he gets to cuddle his cute little mate out in the open where the rest of his pack can see it, reinforcing his claim. he gets to run with his pack and then be praised for it when he comes back to his mate with whatever he hunted for him. he gets to soak in his mate’s scent and the scent of ‘uspacktogethermates’ and it makes him feel so warm and safe and wanted.

basically werewolf boyfriend binghe is sticky as fuck
