Tony shut the door once she climbed out, nodding at the valet. Instantly, his hand rested on her lower back confidently, walking through the paparazzi and expertly ignoring their calls. He led her to the door, opening it for her and kissing the back of her head. “Been ready to show you off to the world.”

“As opposed to any other day?” Tony smirked, keeping his attention on the road. When he pulled up to the restaurant, he climbed out of the car, immediately hearing a few clicks and seeing a few flashes. Tony tossed his keys at the valet before walking around to open Natasha’s door for her. He bit his lower lip, his eyes watching her lovingly. “Get ready to be on the newspapers and magazines, Nat.”
When the car came to a stop outside the restaurant, Natasha caught sight of the flashes from the paparazzi and instantly felt a pang of nervousness travel through her body. As Tony opened the door, the redhead nodded her head and bite her bottom lip gently. “Are you ready for that, babe?” She asked, letting her green orbs stay focused solely on the man who had opened her door.

“Famous restaurant downtown. They’ve got a mean steak.” Tony said, his hand instantly reaching to rest at her knee. He started the car with a loud roar and he smirked at you before speeding off onto the main road. He focused his attention to the road, letting his thumb run along the fabric of her dress. It felt odd to bring a woman out on a date, but he enjoyed it.
At the feel of Tony’s hand resting on her knee, Natasha’s hand moved to rest a top of his as a slight smile pulled along at the corner of her lips. “You look really good Tony.” The redhead said softly as the car pulled out onto the main road and was quickly speeding off in the direction of the restaurant.

“Not demanding. Just wanted to get a better look at you.” Tony grinned, watching her spin slowly as he smiled to himself. “Gorgeous.” He led her to the car and opened her door for her, his eyes taking in her backside and smirking to himself. When he was sure she was safely inside, he shut the door and walked around to climb in as well.
When Natasha finished slowly spinning to allow her boyfriend to take her in, a slight smile pulled along her lips before they were talking towards his car after she locked up her apartment. She slipped into the passenger seat and buckled herself, crossing her legs at her knee as she awaited Tony. “So - where are we going, babe?”

“I have flowers and holy shit, you look amazing.” Tony said, lowering the flowers to look at her. He smirked and leaned in to peck her lips, his eyes taking in her frame. Damn. He was lucky. He took her hand and gently tugged on it, smiling. “Give me a twirl.” Tony smirked, biting his lower lip.
Natasha felt a slight blush travel along her cheeks at Tony’s words before leaning in to the feel of his lips. She arched her brow ever so slightly and slowly turned to allow her boyfriend to take in the sight of herself in the black, lace dress. “So demanding already.” The redhead said with a teasing tone lacing her voice.

Tony decided to grab flowers on the way to picking her up; he knew women loved flowers and Natasha was definitely a woman. He approached her apartment and parked his car. He was kind of nervous, but only because he didn’t want to mess this up between them. He looked over at her door once he began walking, gently knocking as he held the flowers in front of him.
Natasha was finishing up getting ready when she heard the gentle knocking at her door. “Coming!” She yelled in the direction of the door as she slipped on her heels and sure her dress wasn’t wrinkled before making her way to her front door and pulling it open. At the sight of the flowers, the redhead couldn’t stop the slight smile that pulled along her lips. “Babe…..”

After Tony’s meeting with Fury, he drove back to his mansion to get ready for his date with Natasha. He was kind of nervous but overall excited. He packed a small bag of his necessities and slipped into an all-black suit, spraying himself with a cologne. He looked himself over and smirked, straightening his tie.

"You're amazing." Tony smiled, pecking her lips lightly and watching her carefully. "I love you too, Nat. I'll see you tonight." He gave her one last kiss on the forehead before walking to the driver's seat to climb in. He spotted her beginning to walk to her apartment and he smiled to himself. She made him feel worth it. Like he wasn't useless after all.

Tony laughed at her words before he wrapped his arm around her waist. He pecked her lips, shutting his eyes once he pulled away to let their foreheads rest against one another. “Don’t miss me too much,” he teased, letting his hand rest on her lower back. His thumb brushed against the fabric of her shirt before he was pulling away entirely from her.
Natasha’s arms moved to wrap loosely around Tony’s neck, leaning in to the feel of his lips against hers before they were pulling away. Her own eyes shut as her hand moved to brush along his chest. “I already miss you.” The redhead murmured lowly before they were pulling apart from one another. “Love you, Tony.”

“And I do love learning.” Tony smirked, pulling into her apartment’s parking lot a few minutes later. He parked his car and stepped out to open her door for her. He looked down at his girlfriend and smiled to himself, helping her out. “I’ll see you tonight, okay? I’ll let you know how my talk with Fury goes over dinner. Remember… Dress fancy. I’m going to take you out to a nice restaurant and everything.”
When the car came to a stop inside the parking garage of her apartment building, Natasha unbuckled her seatbelt and climbed out of the car once the door was opened. She leaned back slightly against the car, her green orbs staying locked on Tony as her bottom lip wedged between her teeth as she nodded her head. “Yes sir.” The redhead teased, pushing off of the car and stepping closer to him with a loving glint in her eyes.

“Yes sir.” Natasha playfully saluted with her freehand as their other connected with one another before a wide smile pulled along her lips. “If you were doing it wrong - I could always teach you.” The redhead said with a teasing tone as she lightly squeezed her boyfriend’s hand.

Maybe a make out session or two,” he smirked. “I still want to take it slow, but making out is fine.”
Natasha laughed quietly to herself as she looked over at her boyfriend, the smile still pulling along her lips. “What’re we going to have for dinner and what will I need to wear?” The redhead asked, moving her hand rest on his lap as she leaned closer to him with a loving glint in her eyes. “I can handle making out… I’m definitely okay with that. I like making out with you.”

Did it have to take that long?” He chuckled, holding the door open for her. Tony was ready to take things slow with her and he was ready to commit to her and be in a stable-ish relationship. “I’ll drop you off then pick you up tonight. Sound good?”
“I’m sure you tried.” Natasha teased, winking in his direction and continuing to walk towards him as he opened the passenger door open for her. “Maybe I was trying to do something.” The redhead added with a mischievous smile lining her lips as she lightly pecked the inventor’s lips before slipping into the car and buckling herself in. “And then sleepover at my place?” She added with hope filling her eyes - knowing if that were to happen it would be another step for their relationship.

He glanced over at the stairs to see Natasha before sighing when she wasn’t there. “Hurry up,” he said over the intercom. He was sure Natasha could hear him. Tony stood up and grabbed his keys for one of his many cars and leaned against it.
After a couple of minutes, Natasha was slipping on her shoes before hearing Tony’s voice over the intercom. “Don’t rush me, Stark!” The redhead replied with a teasing before heading downstairs and towards the workshop. She typed in her code, which still worked and stepped into the workshop. “Thanks for not getting ride of password JARVIS.” She added before spotting Tony leaning against one his many cars.

Tony watched her disappear upstairs before he made his way into his workshop. It was odd how whole he felt all of a sudden when she reentered his life. He had been on a downward slope since their breakup that even Pepper and Happy were beginning to get worried. Tony just hoped that he didn’t mess anything up this time around. She meant so much to him and he wanted to do his best to give her everything she wanted.
When Natasha finally made it up the stairs and in to Tony’s room, she gathered her clothes on his bed and began changing in to them. As she began to redress into her clothes from the previous day, her yes traveled around the room and how much time they had spent together here before their break up. This place had become like a third home in sense and when they broke up she felt slightly empty - he wasn’t there and it made it hard because he was her home.

“But we also make an incredible team…” She replied, keeping her body close to his before he was motioning up the stairs. A smile lined her lips when their own connected briefly before they were pulling away from one another. “I wouldn’t mind you continuing to do that.” Natasha aded before quickly ascending the stairs to get dressed.

“Maybe I can tonight… Maybe we can cuddle again, except this time, I’ll spend the night.” Tony said, looking into her eyes. He had never spent the night at another woman’s house and sure, she had spent the night with him, it was somehow different when he wasn’t sleeping with another woman in the comfort of their homes.
“I would really like that, Tony…. You’ve never spent the night at my place.” Natasha said, keeping her green orbs focused on him as she played with the other’s fingers. If this were to happen - it would be only the second time that he had been to her apartment and spending the night there would be a completely new thing for them.
