⭐️ 2024 Art Summary Time! ⭐️ I had pretty rough year, but thankfully I dont think my art suffered too much, there's some pieces I'm really proud of! Especially the Lights pieces - I think I'm getting a little better at lighting effects ✨️

July - September were the busiest convention months so I only have a few quick on-the-day commissions to show. I also started streaming which has really helped me finish pieces quicker! 💖

Last year I had some art goals which I .. didn't do too well at fulfilling, again ..

🍓 'Make more looping animations' - Unfortunately I didn't, but I didn't have access to the software .. so maybe this year!

🍓 'Try to finish the 1st chapter of my webcomic' - 🥲 I think this is something I can only achieve if I have a decent income *and* time, so hard to have both 😭 one day!

🍓 'Return to Owl City art' - I did a whopping 1 Owl City artwork 😅 (Learn How To Surf) I'm unfortunately not as much of a fan as I used to be of Owl City, so I'm not sure if I'll continue those .. I'm sorta waiting for the bad memories to fade and the nostalgia to return :') I did some cool Lights and Porter Robinson art though!

🍓 'Experiment more with colouring style'- I did fulfil this goal! I changed up the way I colour hair, cause it was looking a little flat, and I think its helped a lot! 💕

You know what? 2025 me needs to not be let down by herself 😩 Let's just have one goal:

I tried practicing colour/lighting referencing the screenshot, and tried a different way of shading compared to my usual flat / cel-shaded look.
