I dislike leaving (live action) Winston out of a lot of "quirky insane Ghostbusters having autism" discussions, but he really is The Normal One. His passion in this field comes from the paycheck, the thrill, and the people he cares about. He had to step in to translate and explain to the mayor what was happening when these nerds were rambling in science terms and didn't know how to communicate with people because he's the only Ghostbuster of the group who is really part of the people. He's the one who walked in late with the pizza after these three white guys in a horror movie who like to run towards the danger made a ghost-hunting business and started setting everything on fire.... and that's why we love him. <3

Thank you! I know it's been normalized to "thirst" over celebrities, but some of the things I've seen are so disrespectful. There is a reason it's important to separate fiction from reality.

Taking part in a fandom and having NSFW discussions about fictional characters is entirely different– their existence is a concept fans can interpret as they please–but their actors are real people. I think jokes about the generalized appeal of a person are fine, but the amount of genuine sexualization of someone real like Harold Ramis to the degree I've seen it is almost mortifying.

Not naming names, but posting a photo of a celebrity (let alone one of them with their family) and exclusively speaking about their sex appeal and even mentioning and describing the sexual fantasies you have about them is... insane. Please have some respect for both the actor and yourself.

Exclusive sexualization of a person (or even a character!) is not love, nor is it even being a "fan." It is treating them as an object for sexual projection. It's very embarrassing.
