Does anyone else here get hypnagogic hallucinations?
#yesss#got diagnosed with panic disorder recently#and now im on lexapro#ive noticed nights where im especially anxious or sleep deprived ill get really weird hypnagogic hallucinations#i don't really know how to describe them because they vary#once i saw a face next to me on my bed but the moment i blinked it was gone#but most of them are weird idk aura??? or tactile hallucinations??#not sure how to properly explain them#but i just get an overwhelming feeling of being watched or like.. knowing im going crazy if that makes sense?#even though i know its just anxiety its very difficult to differentiate between knowing its not real and genuinely believing something#is off and im losing it#i also get weird visual ones where things are moving or breathing#like ill see the walls breathing and also see my curtains or other objects shrink and grow in various sizes#but the moment im out of that weird sleep/awake state or not anxious anymore it completely goes away

maybe getting my lip pierced today, when i have surgery to remove all 4 wisdom teeth in a month from now, mayybee wasn't the best idea.
#but i look hot#got two vertical labrets#they look like snakebites kinda but it won't damage my mouth as much#i desperately need to go up a size for my septum tho#6g is looking way too small recently#4g or 2g is my goal#evan growls
