After a nice nap, all I can think of right now it the Turtles basking. Again.

Like April 03 just finding the Turtles sleeping in a sun beam in her apartment.

In 12 I can just picture them napping out at the farmhouse (well same with 03)

18 might just stretch out on a rooftop, or a custom basking room.

MM/TOTTMNT might just bask during lunch or outdoor P.E.

I don't have good examples for the others, but they would be similar to above, maybe.

Though whether basking is napping or just enjoying the sun is up to your imagination.

Venus is really, really good at swimming. As boxies her brothers like water but are only about as good at swimming as humans. She could swim out into the ocean and never come back if she wanted to, she's perfectly capable of living a sea turtle life.

This means she sometimes has bonding time with Michelangelo because he's surfing and she's popping up like Jaws swimming with him.

Left Behind au really went from one post in May to two fics, a whole bunch of ideas that have barely been touched on yet, and me inflicting 5 paragraphs of emotional damage on you at 10pm lmao.

1. Mike has a diary that they write in with a glittery gel pen.

That sounds strangely canon.

2. Mike is very good at walking in platform heels.

She's beauty, she's grace, she won't fall on her face.

3. Mike's favourite subject in school was Social Studies.

That sounds strangely accurate, actually. I could see it.

4. Mike has half of a watermelon under their bed.

And everyone thinks it's a pillow.

Funfact: Mike has a "snuggle corner" under her bed. A foldable mattress with lots of pillows and her weighted blanket.

5. Mike has a knife under their bed.

I hope she doesn't accidentally stab herself.

6. Mike likes board games, but no one else wants to play with them.

Now that's both cruel and sad.

7. Mike stole a lollipop at the checkout when they were 5 and they still feel guilty about it.

This is oddly Mike-coded.

Bonus points if Malea knows this, but she won't tattle on her daughter.

8. Mike got hit by a bus once.

Mike has more interesting lore than the fucking Universes!Turtles.

9. Mike was forced to eat cement as a child.

Lee dared her to, or he'd thrown her Care-Bear-Plush into the river.

it’s really stupid how much of a kick i’m getting out of imagining the Turtles (the 2012 ones in particular) discovering which TV/movie characters they can imitate really well:

like it probably starts out with Mikey doing his dumb Beast Boy impression all over the lair and like, toting around this fake title of being the best at impressions

and just to shut him up, Leo looks over from his Space Heroes episode and goes “uh well I’ve been told I can do a pretty good Chris Griffin”

and then just makes everyone’s jaw drop with how well he does that imitation

and even though Raph hates Mazes and Mutants and everything fantasy-based, his Sam Wise Gamgee is like PERFECT

and holy cow no one realized how similar April sounds to Katara from ATLA?!?!

but everyone gets blown away when Mikey PLEADS with Donnie to do his impressions and Don just exquisitely sings the Countries Song as Yakko Warner

but then Mike’s like ‘:( no the other one’

and Donnie like… sighs grandly and under his breath, in a classic Carl Wheezer voice, goes, “Hi, Mrs. Neutronnnnn”

and it sends the whole gang rolling
