Emulator or no, this is still pre-release. Unfortunately, day one patches are a thing these days, but that does have the upside of meaning that people who get this game on release will likely never see it.

What particularly bothers me is when people go around saying that the solution is to pirate games because “oh the game’s already done so the people who worked on it are already paid” mother fucker they still work at the same fucking company, and the people who are still making money off of the sales are the people who have the power to change people’s salaries. Just like with a real store, you’re never going to hurt the people at the top by stealing. The people at the top will just lower the salaries of the people at the bottom, who are still fucking working there, in order to make up the difference. If you want to steal because you don’t want to pay the price, fine, at least you admit to it. But I’m sick of these people who don’t know what they’re talking about trying to come up with some twisted logic to try to convince people what they’re doing is morally justified.
