So my su bro and I were talking about why white pearl here is so fucked, and I noticed how she wasn’t actually walking, but being pulled around. She was being completely manipulated in every way. She is a vessel, and the epitomy of what pearls ‘should’ be.

I believe she is broken like that so that she lacks a personality, most likely how white prefers it, a hollow object for her use. We believe white diamond is INCREDIBLY high strung and orderly. Her whole character is order and passive aggression. At least we do right now, could very well be wrong because the movie trailer had a creepy white pearl face so who knows, these are just initial impressions.
