Tengus are known to abduct people then fly off.  According to a legend from the 1800s, a naked man apparently fell from the sky onto the streets of Asakusa. When asked, he explained that he was on a pilgrimage when he was carried away by a Tengu. I wonder if that’s a valid explanation to get out of indecent exposure charges

Here is a more literal translation:

(I need to think more about this). Is Toya the mass murderer everyone thought dead but in reality let loose on the streets, the puppy that the protagonist found almost dead, or the symbiotic alien that lives inside the protagonist who helps him find happiness?
