I love Lucci

Oh yes, babygurl… I know exactly why we love this bad boy. He is so dark romance-coded with his twisted sense of justice. Like, he’s not even trying to be a good guy, he just stands firmly by his own principles. That can make him seem totally unsympathetic… or stir something in you that makes you go 👀

Especially when you see this predator-like man caring so gently for that soft, fragile little friend on his shoulder, feeding it, tending to it. His big boobas are a great bonus too. It’s one of those cases where you either hate him or love him, and there’s no in-between. And he knows that. Oh, he knows it for damn sure.

Rob Lucci

🐆One of his favourite hobbies include bird watching with Hattori. There is no real explanation behind why he enjoys it and he certainly would never be caught dead explaining his reasoning. He likes what he likes, it's that simple.

🐆 Lucci struggles to sleep at night and prefers sleeping during the day. Many suspect it's due to his Devil fruit that he has developed sleeping habits like this...Can also be found in the kitchen past midnight for a midnight snack

🐆Very rare that anyone has ever experienced it, since anyone who has aren't alive to speak of the fact that when he is happy, Lucci has a tendency to purr softly.

🐆 Despite his personality, Lucci has one of the messiest bedrooms ever if left alone to his own devices. Will begrudgingly clean it if he is told to.

🐆 Still cannot shake the "If it moves I must kill it" habit.

🐆 Prefers not to let anyone know a single secret about him, other than Hattori who is both a companion and a secret vault at this point. Lucci has a lot of unexpected sides which could threaten his deadly CP agent image and chooses to hide anything he deems unrelated.

🐆 Lucci is someone who can be considered a workaholic, optionally choosing to do work over any leisure. His idea of leisure is enjoying a glass of good brandy.

🐆 Despite a near perfect poker face, Lucci can easily grow flustered when faced with unfamiliar situations. He also does not know how to react to affection, leaving his reaction to be translated as anger and rejection.

Kaku

🦒 Loves running, hiking and being outdoors. The open spaces and fresh air put his mind at ease and help Kaku to forget his troubles. Even if it's only for a little bit.

🦒 Whole heartedly defends giraffes and says his favourite shape is a square... many think they are just defending himself, even though he claims it is not the case.

🦒 Freaks everybody out when he accidentally falls asleep standing up. It's just one of those things, people wonder how he stays up straight.

🦒 Can be honest to a fault, try as he may. Kaku is actually pretty bad at lying about quite a lot of things, he is able to if it's for the sake of a mission and even then, the lie tends to be exceptionally close to the truth to avoid any issues.

🦒 One of the funniest things that has been proven, if Kaku isn't paying attention and you poke his cheek with a leaf he will automatically start munching on it.

🦒 Actually enjoyed the taste of meat even more after his devil fruit, many find this to be a very unexpected discovery since they just assumed he would prefer a vegetarian diet instead.

🦒 When Kaku blushes, the tops of his ears and his nose go extremely red

🦒 Hates letting anyone see him embarrassed or flustered and tries to disguise it in one way or another... even if it means destroying his surroundings.

Donquixote Doflamingo

🧶Pregnancy🧶

🧶 It was one of the last things he expected to hear from his wife, honestly he had never considered something as ambitious or simple as settling and having kids. Even though {Name} is his wife, she contends with the madness of Doflamingo's lifestyle. Thanks to that turbulence, the thought of children was never actually considered. So when {Name} told him the news, out of the blue - Doflamingo was taken aback... and left speechless.

🧶 Visibly surprised about hearing it, not in a bad way...in more of a "What do I do now?" Kind of way. Though the prospect of having a child actually seems nice to Doflamingo - the even more surprising part of the whole situation was the comforting idea of normality he felt from his thoughts.

🧶 Incredibly overprotective ever since he heard the news and a bit controlling in the way Doflamingo strictly watches where she goes. Mostly to prevent her from getting into danger, once again taking his kind of lifestyle into consideration, Doflamingo felt that he could never be too careful when it came to {Name}.

🧶 Very doting on {Name} and can be quite sweet especially when she is going through some of the things like morning sickness, Doflamingo is also quite a worrywart everytime {Name} complains about feeling sick or an ache of some sort.

🧶 {Name} often found Doflamingo reading one of the five million parenting and child rearing books he purchased, while simultaneously trying to convince him not to stress buy excessive amounts of baby stuff as he had been doing...

🧶Parental🧶

🧶 The first time he laid eyes on his child, there was some unimaginable swell of an unfamiliar emotion. Some kind of sense of unbridled happiness paired with a pride of a greater magnitude, and some strong wave of what Doflamingo could only call love for both his child and for his wife.

🧶 Completely nervous at first, since he wasn't sure how to act around them. Doflamingo tried multiple times to reassure himself with thought of "I have read about this, I can handle it" though he grew extremely flustered when faced with the real thing.

🧶 Doflamingo is a complete softy for his child. Its obvious in the way, that even if he is in a terrible mood, they always cheer him up.

🧶 {Name} occasionally reminds Doflamingo that he cannot go so crazy as to meet every whim or the potential of turning their child into a spoiled brat might come to be. Though Doflamingo can't help it, he loves seeing them so happy.

🧶 {Name} sometimes grows a bit frustrated since Doflamingo's occasional obstinate attitude was definitely passed on and sometimes in their little schemes, Doflamingo will act as a partner in crime to his child's misbehaviour.

🐆Pregnancy 🐆

🐆 {Name} was in the midst of contemplating how she would tell Lucci about her being pregnant, when Lucci had asked her outright. Stating that he figured it might have been the case considering the way she was acting as of late, upon hearing the confirmation Lucci seemed to be surprised, but not shocked as he already considered this might be the case.

🐆 It invoked a lot of thoughts in Lucci, which left him silent in response, which slighty stressed {Name} out, seeing how she was unable to decipher his thoughts towards it. Lucci was happy in his own way, considering the fact his thoughts were orientated around preparation and questions both on how to care for his pregnant wife and eventually, his child.

🐆 Was very particular about keeping {Name} at home and resting, not allowing her to do anything he deemed as strenuous and doted on her a lot. {Name} couldn't deny that she enjoyed the extra attention from him, especially seeing him so uncharacteristically honest with his feelings.

🐆 Tries not to be overbearing but can't help but be the first one to call the doctor for every tiny suspicion that something is wrong. Easily grows stressed when {Name} is feeling under the weather or having a bout of morning sickness.

🐆 Lucci loves having his hands on the baby bump and feeling all the movements, finding it very soothing to know that their little one is already so energetic. (Unconsciously has a habit of purring during this time as well)

🐆Parental🐆

🐆 Despite Lucci's usual unwavering confidence, he was visibly rattled and nervous the first time he got the chance to hold his baby. Instantly feeling that bond intensify. {Name} had to calm Lucci down everytime someone tried to take the baby from him, seeing how Lucci only allowed himself or {Name} to hold them.

🐆 People can see such a drastic difference in Lucci's demeanor, the way he treats everyone else with a kind of harsh coldness and the way he instantly turns seemingly gentler and more affectionate to his wife and child.

🐆 Absolutely loves the fact he has been there for a lot of key moments, such as the first words and first steps. Notably Lucci was the biggest cheerleader for them.

🐆 Can be way too overprotective and over reacts to even small things... on one occasion when seeing a slight scrape on his child's knee from being pushed by another child, {Name} had to stop Lucci from going complete overkill and trying to track down the brat that hurt them.

🐆 The amount of times {Name} comes home to see Lucci and their little one indulging in the occasional catnap, of course when they can't sleep at night due to that nap Lucci is the one who stays up.

What the Canon Tells Us:

He nurtures and protects his pigeon Hattori, who’s been with him since childhood.

He’s shown subtle loyalty and protectiveness toward comrades like Kaku—even daring to ask a Gorosei member not to harm him.

After his defeat, his CP9 friends cared for him, and he accepted that help—which speaks volumes for a character like him.

So, he’s not incapable of bonds. He’s just extremely selective.

In a Relationship?

The Pros:

Loyal to the core – If he chooses you (and that’s rare), you're part of his tight, unshakable inner circle. He’d never betray you.

Protective AF – Lucci would kill or die to keep you safe. No hesitation.

My very personal take on this: I am not sure if I am insane enough to really date him, because I know the combination between us would be toxic as hell, but …

It’s that dangerously cold on the outside but quietly tender to one little bird energy that just does something to the brain chemistry, right? Like—he could snap someone’s neck without blinking... but he’d gently feed Hattori a seed and tuck him into his little pigeon suit like it’s the most important thing in the world 😭💔

It’s pure toxic hotness. Like, he’s a walking red flag—but it’s matte black, tailored, and smells like danger and expensive cologne. You know it’s a bad idea, and yet... you keep staring. You know if you dated him, there’d be a week of absolute silence followed by one intense night where he shows up at 3 a.m. just to say, “Get in.” No explanation. Just vibes and vengeance.

And the worst part? You’d get in. 😭

So yeah, maybe it’d be mutually destructive, but at least you’d go down in flames looking fine and petting Hattori.
