Hello everyone!

We are happy to inform you that Star Journey's development is still going smoothly. While we aren't ready to reveal some stuff just yet, we are glad to announce our first ever Server-Wide Event, The Star Boss Contest!

You are invited to put forth your best concepts for a boss from the Mario & Luigi series or even any other Nintendo series like Zelda, Kirby, etc (Note: the boss may or may not make it into Star Journey [no promises! ])

Use the google forms link given below to submit your creations! Do note there are some rules to be followed which are to be followed:

- Minimum 13 years of age

- No nsfw

- No AI

- Only one submission per person

- No stolen art, must be your own

- No self inserts, please don't try to plug in your own self into it

- No previously existing bosses

- Only non-team members/non-staff may participate, as all staff are Judges for this event

As for the requirements, there are only 3 main ones that needs to be followed:

- Pose yourself this question, "Would this boss actually appear in a Nintendo Game?"

- At least one drawing of said boss

- The name of the boss

Note: Within the forms link there will be an optional extra section where you can put your own animation, no matter how simple, as well as additional drawings detailing potential attacks and mechanics for that boss! This is really just for fun.

The deadline for the contest is 2 weeks from now aka domenica 15 dicembre 2024 01:00, and here are the prizes:

1st place- A choice between 1 month of discord nitro and a GOG code for Dishonoured Definitive Edition

2nd place- Whatever first place doesn't pick
