Isn't the mcu version of him the opposite of a nazi though? Granted I agree with you saying he is an awful person that is true. It's just that I find him entertaining.
the weird writing of the show and the portrayal of the characters is messed up bc it took me some time to compare the way the show treated a nazi and a pro-globalist socialist group
a teenage girl is demonized in the show and turned into a catalyst that is going to make the flagsmashers a terrorist organization instead of a literal hero group that wants to take the medicine, food and other necessities needed for surviving to the poor that the rich hoards and sells overpriced
and a nazi got broken out of jail by one of his assets in such a cool way and can continue to live in his riches, dance in a club, throw funny lines here and there like ??? thats a nazi. i didnt watch the ca movies and knew nothing about zemo even from the comics like an introduction would be nice!!!!!!
im disgusted by myself for being pulled into the “zemo is an interesting villain and fun to watch” thing and disgusted by the people who are sending “but zemo changed” asks to people who pointed out that he is a mf nazi. people are saying if u like zemo good for u but im not a fan of his like im sorry the response should be he is a nazi, no sympathy for a nazi, he should be on a leash with duct tape over his mouth + a tazer on his neck like i do not understand whats the point of him even being there or why was bucky like we need help! let me get the nazi who tortured me for so long!
please the joker is a better villain bc even he himself said he hates nazis like wtf is going on here like who mf wrote that episode?????
karli is a teenager who just wants to help people but im supposed to look at zemo bumping his fist in a club and be like lmao nerd he is so funny

Shady Opium Dealer
Kuro au where Lau is the main character. It wouldn’t be called Black Butler- it’d be Shady Opium Dealer. And the arc equivalents would be as followed:
Kidnapping: Lau pisses off the wrong person. Ranmao goes on a killing spree to get him back.
Jack the Ripper: Lau desperately tries to locate a serial killer so the Yard will stop accusing him of doing it. But he never gets past Undertaker because UT hates all his jokes. So Lau just frames a random person and turns him in.
Curry: Lau and co. get into an Asian cuisine fight with Soma and Agni. Sebastian still wins.
Circus: Lau suspects a rival dealer of sneaking opium via Noah’s Ark. He and Ranmao infiltrate as Chinese acrobats (they are impressed by Ranmao, not so much by Lau). He does find something, but no opium. “Aw, we were mislead Ranmao. There’s nothing here but children- I’m so disappointed.”
Murder: Lau fakes his death to throw his rivals off. When their guards are down, Ranmao takes them out. Meanwhile, they have a dinner party to go to.
Campania: Lau suspects a rival trader of sneaking goods on a cruise liner. He and Ranmao go aboard. “Aw, we were mislead Ranmao. There’s nothing here but zombies- I’m so disappointed.”
Weston: Lau suspects a rival dealer of selling students opium. That just isn’t right. Lau and his posse of women repeatedly try to sneak into Weston, distracting everyone on campus.
Green Witch: Lau and Ranmao try to make fancy shoes for a German girl with bound feet (Sullivan *cough*). She says she’d like to see China. So Lau just grabs her and leaves. The whole military follows. “Ranmao, why are all those people behind us? Ah, must not be important haha”

Epiphany? Lau’s tattoo...
...could be two regular koi and one that’s transforming into a golden dragon.
⚠️ Very long post.
After doing a doodle for @royalshinigami, I decided to do some research on fish tattoo designs in China. I quickly hit the effin’ jackpot. (I left out parts that I don’t think apply, so there’s more information on the website.) Here’s what looked pertinent:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
First off, it’s convenient that this is a legend shared by the Chinese and the Japanese, so if we ever get a clear look at his tattoo, and if I’m right about the basic, overall design of it, then the Japanese fandom should immediately recognize the reference.
Considering the orientation of the swimming fish, how they travel up his arm, I think they are trying to make it over the waterfall. And the one on top, the one with its head coming up over his shoulder? It finally passed through Dragon’s Gate and is being rewarded by changing into the golden dragon. I believe the one at his shoulder represents himself, overcoming his obstacles and achieving his goals. Lau: A yellow/gold koi becoming a golden dragon.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lau is highly adaptable, powerful, independent, rose quickly in the ranks of Qīng Bāng, is financially successful. The list could go on. Koi represents him perfectly.
Here’s where I consider the colors of the other two koi, because I think there might be three in total. We could be dealing with a tattoo that’s just in black, and if so, then these colors won’t matter. However, if they are in full color, then the one farthest down his arm (farthest away from Drgaon’s Gate) is black... according to the cover art for Volume IX. (I would include that image here, but I hit the image limit.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The black koi could represent an earlier version or simply an aspect of himself, having overcome some obstacle. If it’s someone else, it would probably be his father.
Tumblr media
If the one in the middle is not himself, it could be his mother. And if it also represents himself, red would be a good color for power and bravery.
Tumblr media
The one at the shoulder might be changing into a golden dragon, so visually it would make sense (be aesthetically pleasing) for the fish to start out as gold, too. Perhaps this is a yellow and orange mixed koi, appearing golden, that symbolizes Lau’s fortune and wealth.
Tumblr media
That top one would be a “dragon koi”... a powerful and ferocious beast that represents new beginnings. Let’s not forget that Lau suggested to our earl and his servants that they pick up and move to some faraway land to start over. That’s basically what he was doing, too. Even though he was the highest official in Qīng Bāng by the time he was setting sail to England, this was still like a fresh start or clean slate.
So... regardless of whom each koi represents, I now theorize:
The one at his shoulder is golden and transforming into a golden dragon. A golden “dragon koi”. It represents new beginnings, wealth, and good fortune.
The one in the middle (if there really are three) is red, representing things like power, bravery, and intense love.
The one that starts on his forearm, farthest away from the top or Dragon’s Gate, is black, representing strength and obstacles that have been overcome.
If only one represents himself, then it’s the golden one at the top. The red one would likely represent his mother, and the black one would likely represent his father.
Since the Jester archetype is “Self” centric, it’s entirely possible that they all represent him... either at different stages of his life or simply different aspects of himself.
If the tattoo is just black, then all the fish probably represent him, and the color symbolism no longer matters, except for the black. And perhaps gold, simply because the legend of the dragon koi still applies.
And I might as well plop this down here, too, while I’m at it.
What are his ultimate goals? The title page for ch170 strongly suggests that Lau thinks he’s nearing completion of them. What does he hope to accomplish in Wiltshire?
I think I know what would make our earl no longer interesting to Lau: if the kid gave up. Lau might see himself in our earl, just like Soma could relate. But way more so than Soma, who never knew true loss until just recently. He doesn’t want our earl to lose his fighting spirit in the face of so much pain and hardship. It would be sad... and boring.
Thoughts? Am I really onto something here?

Editing my last fanfic preview
tiny vibe/interest check::  I’m making a dark origin story for these kids, sooo there’s probably going to be glimpses of parental abuse here, if not also in the finished product on AO3…however, it was only after I started typing this story that I realized not everyone might want to read about kids turning into assassins!  ^^;  if there’s anyone that might still be interested, though, just like and/or reblog this, and later on I can tag you.  Thanx 😀

Plz post a video of this
Yall they dubbed the 2nd My Hero game. I know some of yall dont do dub like me, but please go listen.
Go fight as Dabi vs Compress
They sound like they're a couple. Dabi is the top. Compress is the bottom. The whole time Compress is like "Uuuuhhh! Ohhhh! Hot! Fire!" And Dabi says (I quote this) "Get on the ground like the trash you are."
Tell me this isnt accurate. I want you to experience this.

Sounds about right,I do believe that compress though might be a bit of a cartoon villain though just for the heck of it
why do hero fans get so offended when one say the hero society needs to be taken down and that’s it’s not ok? saying that doesn’t mean “your beloved children should also be taken down.” horikoshi keeps showing how toxic the society is, what this privilege-above-all mindset does to people, how victims can turn without help, how easy giving up on people is. from the day one we know that heroes are the only ones permitted to use their quirks in public, and we likewise know how heroes don’t become heroes because of their yearning to help but like for the privileges, fame and recognition, etc. of course not being capable of using your quirk will cause problems. of course the minority is feeling forsaken, neglected and humiliated ( ex; deku - how he was viewed before he got a quirk ) shinso and monoma are two teens whose quirks don’t fit the hero agenda and you see what pressure and how they’ve been interpreted by others.
the LoV is a big example of how the hero society fucked up. tomura walks in broad daylight, dirty and frightened, asking for help from anyone but nobody helps him because they are so used to rely on heroes to do everything that they don’t even aid to a 5 year old child. toga’s relatives encouraged her to repress herself to the point she broke, rather than helping their daughter through therapy, support and reassurance. jin feels rejected by the society because he isn’t a “good” and “worthy” victim enough to be helped and accepted. magne and spinner too don’t find a place in the society - like spinner turning to admiring stain who points out the flaws of the heroes, much like dabi, he relates to stain’s words and drives himself by them. magne alike the others follows tomura because what freedom he is bound to give.
hawks is the outcome of the hero society’s brainwashing youths into murders that call themselves “heroes.” after he had murdered jin, he still held himself above, the one right, the more compassionate one among he and dabi - like the comments about dabi’s expression. hawks and dabi are direct foils to each other, both the product of a fucked up society that doesn’t care for it’s people as greatly as they state they do.
horikoshi multiple times showed us that the LoV is not just some cartoon villains. the biggest parallel is to the Lov - to tomura - is without doubt eri. with a destructive quirk, she was raised by monsters that abused her. let’s say the overhaul arc did not happen, then she would have remained with chisaki. she would have never gotten quirk therapy and growing up, she could have very well become another “villain.” but alternatively, she was spotted by people who will give her guidance. this doesn’t diminish the fact the hero society is an immense problem as a whole. the only difference within eri and tomura is that tomura was not saved by someone who gives a fuck. he was given a hand ( yes pun indeed ) by a sharp mad man with big schemes, and tomura didn’t get better. he stepped out his father’s toxic home ( and remember why in the first place was tomura’s father such a disgusting piece of shit? what drove him to abuse his own son? yes definitely Not the hero society’s faults ) to something worse.
i believe that the new generation will be better than their predecessors. deku nevertheless has to learn more. remember the mall moment when tomura and him talked. tomura exposed his feelings and gave warnings of abuse, to which deku was unsympathetic and swept them aside. of course deku is just a child, though he is very ignorant of the heroes’ faults and it’s necessary that he sees the actual truths.
