Rarely ever be emotional. Your default is under emotional. Always observing, looking at how you can turn certain events to have a favorable outcome for you and where you can benefit from. Save your emotions for your children or your pets or for when you write or paint or express yourself. Save it for your journal to put them all down in and sort through them. Process your emotions in private, with someone you trust, or with a therapist. Practice mental hygiene every night where you put them down on paper or say them out loud. But your emotions are a currency.
Say you only have so much currency to spend every day. Would you be giving them out as freely as you do and to people who didn’t even ask for it?

Adopting a mindset where discipline is rooted in self-love rather than obligation can be transformative💖
How to embrace this mindset:
1. Reframe Your Perspective 🧠
Start by changing how you think about discipline. Instead of viewing it as a punitive measure, see it as an act of self-care. Remind yourself that each disciplined action is a step towards improving your life and well-being
2. Set Meaningful Goals 🎯
Focus on goals that truly matter to you and align with your personal values. This makes discipline feel more like a personal choice for betterment rather than a chore
3. Small Steps 👣
Break down your goals into small, manageable tasks. Achieving these can boost your motivation and reinforce the idea that disciplined actions are beneficial
4. Celebrate Progress 🥳
Recognize and reward yourself for the efforts you make. This reinforces positive feelings about discipline and helps build a habit of self-appreciation
5. Mindfulness and Reflection 🧘🏻♀️
Regularly practice mindfulness to stay connected with your inner motivations and feelings. Reflect on how my disciplined actions have led to improvements in your life
6. Be Kind to Yourself 🧖🏻♀️
Understand that setbacks are part of the process. Treat yourself with compassion and avoid self-criticism when things don’t go as planned. Learn from these experiences and move forward
