Things to do when you are sad

- look at pictures of cows

- If there are farms around you drive around and look at the horses and cows and goats and sheep and-

- eat a spoonful of ya local honey 🍯

- run through a green field

- if you don’t have a green field buy yourself your favorite flowers

- Talk to your plants if you have any (they’re great listeners!)

- Try to make your own jam/preserves and make yourself a fancy little breakfast/lunch

- start a hobby like knitting or sewing

- call your favorite family member

- look for ladybugs
