Welcome to Home Crew

I made one of these a while ago and that's now inaccurate and obsolete.

This is a list of characters from my book Welcome to Home

The Crew:

Tripper Hunt: (the guy in my profile photo)

Animation

Tripper Hunt is the main character of Welcome to Home. He is known in his community for making rash desitions, being very empathetic, being a pretty boy, and having a silver tongue. And that was before he was kidnapped or “Borrowed” and landed on an alt dimension version of Earth named Home. He’s transit between the dimensions grants him two powers; the ability to speak any complex language and a power special to just him; Fusion. He finds himself with the fate of a world and its people on his back and with no idea how to save them. Thankfully, he has his crew to aid in the weight.

Scral:

Scral is Tripper’s first crew member, right-hand man, and somewhat of an odd mystery. The crew has never seen him without his mask as he seems terrified of letting anyone see his face.  He is a sanddweller (or at least he should be, I think?), one of the species on Home, and the Heir of the First Wish. The first wish grants him the ability to borrow skills from the celestials and healing abilities. He is the ship's cook (everybody agrees he makes the best fried fish), scholar (who reads the entire known history of the politics of Rothall?), and brawler ("and then he socked it in the jaw so hard that it dislocated and he snapped its neck.").

Frai of the Calm Ones:

Frai is the tank. With incredible self-control and focus, she found on the battlefield in metal plated monk robes armed with a mystical war bat, on a massive furry steed, and moving with the skill born of years of training. The fact she’s down two limbs, still a young teen and the youngest on the ship, and has a stutter doesn’t stop her from kicking butt, being the voice of reason, and having an awesome boat garden. She’s a cavedweller from a wealthy family, and despite her mother's attempts to shelter her has gotten into more than her fair share of trouble.

Cirrus:

Cirrus was the last member of the crew to join, this clever tattooed raindweller balances the roles of strategist and scout. Their armory has everything from tranquilizer darts and smoke bombs to instruments and mystical songs that can make the enemy run for the hills. when it comes down to head to head battle they pull out the trusty bo staff and leave welts that stay for months. When they aren't battling and leading they love to open a book or scroll and yell at fictional dumb characters and will often be found squirreled away in a cubby reading or practicing their next game-changing song.

Soooooooo!

What this blog is is a looksy into the life of a teen artist and writer! Today I did a couple Draw the Squads! But before I post those I thought I should introduce the cast:

the beginning: Amy and Ash

Amy: A blond, big hipped, Caucasian girl with class.

Power: Able to talk to Animals and transform into a DRAGON.

Ash: A short hair, get down dirty, foxish, POC.

Power: Able to control plants and transform into a black unicorn.

The first Male!

Shade: A long Dark haired, multilingual, gentlemanly, pale Brit.

Power: Able to control the souls of the dead. This manifests as Healing, illusions, and Combative spirit assistants.

The late comer!

Ginger: A giant, goateed, artistic, humorous, Dragon speaking redhead with a bit of muscle (when I say giant I mean 7'1 and when I mean muscle I mean able to lift a ton.)

Power: none.

^^^ These are all main characters for the War of Shadows[WOS] and the Dragon Keys[DK]. These books go together with WOS as the first and DK as the second.

These were all made when I didn’t know what gay was so unfortunately they’re all straight.

The next two are from Welcome to Home[WTH] are a compleatly different story:

The human!

Tripper: A long haired, spontaneous , goofy, skilled with a bow with an eye to match, reference maker, biromantic ace, and lover of travel.

Power: Fusion ha! Able to fuse with anything!

~~~ The… Homedweller?

Scral: A knock out handsome bae who thinks he’s uglier then the ugly duck. Bookwormy, Careful, and able to flip a man this shorty is a boss. Also he’s gay. And kinda an alien. 

Power: Able to heal and sommon celestials.

Brain: Lets start a blog!

Me: Why? I'm already balancing my writeing, art, school, friends, visual therapy and personal health.

Brain: But you'll get to tell others about it~ This is the perfect time~ Your starting a new book and your artstyle is really improveing~ You can tell others about how sucky school is and how Tripper would react to that shit~

Me: Well okay. Let's get this shit rolling!
