So if there is enough interest... I think I will be archiving this blog and reusing the url for a new TT group with a highly different format. (The plans for this original group have been shelved semi-indefinitely, as there hasn't been enough interest in the fandom for the plot-heavy/ highly-active/tabletop format we were using. You can keep checking in with the archive for any updates about reviving the group, and if we were to revive that format we will be moving to a forum.)
For the proposed new group, I'm thinking about a more casual, open group with a minimum of 1-2 posts a week towards the group-verse, and a focus on multi-character interaction and exploration of team dynamics. The main emphasis would be on developing one solid continuity for a group of characters through the use of standard Tumblr rping, as well as multi-character threads (and maybe the occasional group plot). In addition, perhaps a discord server with the oppurtunity to explore character interaction there as well.
People in the TT fandom with preestablished rp blogs are welcome and would be allowed to continue those, with the additional responsibility of maintaining a verse exclusive to the group. (Likewise, anyone that creates a blog for the group will be able to RP outside of the group as well).
Overall, this would be a return to the roots of the 1st incarnation of the highly popular TTRPG that officially ran from 2011-2014, and continues to inspire unofficial continuations of the original plot and characterization to this day. ie; I really hope that if this new group gets off the ground, that we will create a legacy just as strong and memorable!!
Feedback/interest in this project would be appreciated, as I would be in need of moderators and members! Please like this post/reblog/message me/ etc

Hiatus
Just a heads up: this group is currently on an indefinite hiatus. This does not mean we will be going away forever, but rather we will be waiting for a more opportune time to re-open the group.
This is mainly due to the busy schedules of the current members, as well as the lack of interest in the fandom, so we’ll be closing our doors for a bit. We had plans for elaborate plots and high activity, but with the small cast we currently have it just wasn’t feasible.
There have been lots of rumors and hints at a Season 6 of Teen Titans as of late, and hopefully that comes to fruition! If a new season truly does come about, I think that will be when this group will make a return. It would be great to have some more material to work with for sure, and I’m sure the fandom will have a bit of revival if it happens as well. When we return, we will be using a forum-based format for the group rather than Tumblr. Stay tuned and thank you for your support!

Kitten Application
KITTEN APPLICATION
Canon Character Application Form
Roleplayer’s name: Xtina
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Predicted average weekly activity level: posted on my previous application
Time zone: Pacific
Anything else you want us to know?: i’m the group wine mom.

This app contains information about Kitten.
Character’s superhero/villain name: Kitten
Character’s civilian name: Kitten Walker
Superhero, villain, undecided, antihero, or other: Villain.
Affiliated with: Killer Moth, Fang, & Brotherhood of Evil
Age: 17
Physical characteristics: Kitten is roughly 5′2″ and weighs approximately 112 lbs. She is of a slender physique, little to no real muscle tone. She is Caucasian and has long blonde hair she typically wears back in a pink headband. Eyes are a deep shade of blue, and she can usually be found wearing some sort of pink ensemble.
Personality traits: bratty, high maintenance, boy crazy, immature, calculating, creative, vindictive, demanding, opportunistic, manipulative, cunning, loving to the few she truly does care for.
Special abilities: None. However, she does have access to her father’s mutant moths, shows a decent proficiency in hand to hand combat, and uses a plasma whip as her weapon of choice. Though she might lack physical strength, she’s cunning and gifted when it comes to seeing an enemy’s weakness. When she finds it, she will exploit it.
Character history: Kitten is the daughter of supervillain Drury Walker, aka Killer Moth and an unknown mother. For some reason or another, whether by leaving of her own volition or dying, her mother left the picture when she was still very young. Kitten grew up in the sole care of her father. Despite his activities as a criminal, he did his best to raise Kitten in a loving environment where she was given anything she possibly wanted. As a result, Kitten became quite spoiled, never having to hear the word ‘no’ from her father.
Despite Drury’s best efforts, Kitten was bullied throughout elementary and middle school. Once it came out that she was Killer Moth’s daughter, she was branded for life and routinely teased and picked on. It was only in her high school years when she learned that she gained a sadistic streak and used fear as a means of intimidation. This had a snowball effect, and it wasn’t long after that she stood at her father’s side as his criminal accomplice and joined the Brotherhood of Evil.
Place of residence: With her father at an undisclosed location on the outskirts of Jump City.
Other: on days that end in y, we wear pink.
In-character writing sample (at least 100 words):
“Daddy!” She yelled, her voice shrill and shrieking. Her eyes were still puffy, mascara stained cheeks still reddened. In her hand was the remnants of the pearl necklace Fang had stolen for her. Now little more than a string holding together the four beads she held beneath her iron grip. Its gold clasp along with the rest of it had gone flying the moment she ripped the jewelry from her throat.
This was hardly the first time he’d asked for a break, for room to breathe. But Winter Formal was right around the corner. Did he not understand how absolutely humiliating it would be for her to show up without a date? Did he not love her enough to get over whatever issues he was going through and consider her feelings?
There was no way she was going to let him ruin things for her. If Fangypoo didn’t want to be her date, she would find an even better date. It worked last time with Robin, and so it would work again. After all, who better to be on the arm of than a member of the Teen Titans?
Other questions:
Any character:
Why are you interested in joining TTRPG? More specifically, why do you want to roleplay this character?
Crack. Honestly, let me live and have my crackship pairings.
If your character is part of a Titans team:
What role do you think your character will play in his/her team? N/A
If your character is not part of a Titans team:
In what ways do you foresee your character interacting with the Titans and other characters? Do you have any plots in mind? Considering Kitten still has eyes for Robin, she’ll use any opportunity she can to see him. Though there’s a chance that a certain redhead archer could steal her heart while she’s broken up with her arachnid boyfriend. Not to mention the fact that she’s set to follow in her father’s footsteps as a criminal, and has known connections to the Brotherhood of Evil.
Do you have any ideas regarding how your character will be introduced to any of the other characters or what characters they will frequently be interacting with? She’s really pushy and unafraid to force herself on any villains if she thinks she can get something from them. It wouldn’t be a far cry for her to use blackmail in order to force another character to do what she wanted. I’d also cry tears of joy if Slade had to deal with her.

Speedy App
Canon Character Application Form
Roleplayer’s name: Fe
Age: 20
Gender: Gal
Predicted average weekly activity level: I should be able to meet the requirements of all characters, but occasionally, if my schedule is particularly busy I will have to prioritize replies based on who’s needed most. In those cases, I will make sure I do at least one reply per character that week. I am almost always online if anyone needs me ooc. I’m a student, so occasionally if I have some crazy amount of assignments I may have to take a short hiatus.
Time zone: Eastern
Anything else you want us to know?:
iM SO HYPE
—
Character’s superhero/villain name: Speedy, may change in the future
Character’s civilian name: Roy Harper
Alignment: Superhero. He can walk the line of antihero if pushed hard enough.
Affiliated with: Formerly Titans East. Speedy now considers himself to have ‘graduated’ the Titans, and has pursued a more solo career.
Age: 18, almost 19
Physical characteristics: Speedy is tall, with a slew of red hair carefully styled on his head, which he heavily prides himself in. He’s rather fit, with muscles particularly evident in his arms due to being a skilled archer. He’s known for his condescending smirk, and chiseled jaw.
Personality traits: Roy is, well, a bit of an asshole, but he generally means well. He fights for what is right, on a broad scale (he’ll happily take down criminals, for example), but his remarks can border on offensive (or sexist), and he’s not always the brightest. He usually doesn’t mean to, but his words can unknowingly cause harm. It may take a bit of correcting from his friends for him to change his bad habits. He is a bit selfish, and tends to think highly of himself. Roy is in the process of finding himself, and is not always as upbeat as he once was. He can be hot-headed, rather stubborn, and moody at times. He also can be immature, although he would never consider himself as such.
Having reached adulthood, he thinks he is much more mature than any of the Titans who are still ‘children’ (he even thinks he is more of an adult than the Titans that are his age). He likes to poke fun at his friends, and often has a witty or sarcastic zinger ready. He however, does not always take criticism in return too well. He also likes to make jokes, usually at the expense of others. Roy is a big flirt, and always has his eyes out for beautiful women (and the occasional guy). In that department, he does not always respect women as much as he ought to, and this gets him into trouble.
Special abilities: Speedy is an excellent archer that can easily hit most targets. In addition, he is fairly tech-savy, and has designed a multitude of trick-arrows. And does either beautiful hair or seduction skills count?
Character history:
Roy Harper’s father was a ranger in a forest that bordered Navajo reservation lands and was killed in a forest fire, leaving 3 year old Roy orphaned. A medicine man of the name Brave Bow took Roy in after the young boy wandered onto the reservation lands. Brave Bow trained Roy to be a superb archer and was Roy’s caretaker until his death 5 years later. Then, Roy was adopted by Oliver Queen and became the Green Arrow’s sidekick under the name Speedy. At age 13, Roy helped found the original Teen Titans with Dick, Wally, Garth, and Donna, but they were too young to lead their own team and it disbanded fairly quickly.
For a while, he returned to his role of Green Arrow’s sidekick until Roy decided to part ways with his mentor to become a solo hero (not unlike a few other teen superheroes at that time). Teen Titans East was later formed with Speedy as a core member when he was 16. Speedy remained a member of the team for over 2 years, but towards the end began continuously clashing with Bumblebee, the team’s leader.
Roy had different ideas for the team, and being told what to do frustrated him; it reminded him of his times as Green Arrow’s sidekick. Speedy not only had disagreements with Bumblebee, but he started to feel that the Titans were child’s play compared to other super heroes, and decided to become a solo-hero not associated from the Titans. He has turned in his communicator, but in the age of technology he can usually be contacted if needed. He remains in close touch with Aqualad, and Robin particularly. He has had some interactions with the Justice League, but they are not interested in adding him to their team. Roy now pursues criminals on his own, but sometimes assists the Titans if he’s around or needed. He has also contacted the Titans on occasion for assistance with a mission.
He goes wherever the wind takes him, and has currently found himself in Jump City. While obviously this is an area with Titans, Roy had noticed an increased amount of crime in the city and has come to help out. Roy additionally feels more comfortable with interacting with Titans West than his own former team of Titans East, and often visits the Tower. He is especially fond of some of the newer inhabitants of the Tower, which has been an extra incentive for visiting.
Place of residence: A little bit of everywhere, but right now Jump City. Lately can often be found bumming on the couch at Titans West Tower.
Other:
In-character writing sample :
Roy rolled his eyes under his mask at the villains remarks, and responded to him by launching an explosive trick-arrow at the man. Roy was becoming particularly irritated now, and wanted to put an end to this exchange. It seemed like villains these days were coming up with even worse one-liners than ever before. Sometimes, Speedy didn’t mind a bit of a playful back-and-forth with a criminal (especially if they were a pretty lady), but there had to be decent enough material to actually work with. And the evil-doers in Jump just weren’t up to the comedic standards that Roy was used to. It was just another thing that made Roy feel like he didn’t quite belong on the West Coast.
The man laughed; the plain-looking arrow had hit a few feet to the right of him, and he evidently assumed that Speedy had missed. 3… 2… 1… The small explosion hit, knocking the masked man over, and now Roy was the one chuckling. Being a newer face in town, many of the local goons genuinely did not understand that there was more than meets the eye with his arrows.
The villain coughed from the smoke, and shot his own weapon at Speedy. Roy quickly dodged, but he felt a breeze ruffle his hair.
“Hey, watch it!” he accused as he flung an ice-arrow at the man. The criminal tried to scurry away, but the arrow almost immediately caused ice to travel up his body, quite literally freezing him in his place. “That’s what happens to people who fuck with my hair. You’re headed to jail now, bud.”
Other questions:
Why are you interested in joining TTRPG? More specifically, why do you want to roleplay this character?
I’ve played Speedy for two different groups, and I adore playing such an annoying jerk of a character. He’s a lot of fun, and has such great interactions with other characters. I’m looking forward to portraying a version of his character that draws from a later issue of the TTGO comics, as well as other DCU media: a Speedy that feels as if he has out-grown the Titans, and wants to do his own thing. However, Speedy will find that it’s a lot harder to cut ties than he’d imagined, and will get dragged into much of the same shenanigans as before, except with a different perspective.
If your character is not part of a Titans team:
In what ways do you foresee your character interacting with the Titans and other characters? Speedy has parted ways with Titans East (and the Titans as a whole) not too long ago, so he will try to avoid his old team and distance himself from the Titans label itself. However, most of his bad blood was specifically with Titans East, so he is comfortable enough interacting with the other Titans on occasion. He still considers many of them his friends, and generally has no problem helping with something if he’s around. He is currently staying in Jump City, where there has been an increase of crime, so there is ample opportunity to interact with Titans West and anyone else in the area. Sometimes he directly collabs with Titans West, and other times he simply shows up at the same mission by coincidence.
However, his attitude has shifted a bit now that he has gone solo, and he is not always the most enjoyable to be working with. He often thinks he has the best way to go about missions, and will try to lead when it is not his place to do so, so there may be some butting of heads.
Depending on how the main plot evolves, Speedy could potentially rejoin the Titans in the future.
Do you have any ideas regarding how your character will be introduced to any of the other characters or what characters they will frequently be interacting with?
I think it will just be known to most other characters that Speedy is just sort-of hanging around Jump City, and that he’s gone solo, so they won’t be surprised if he ends up tagging along on missions or just showing up at Titans Tower. I’m sure some of the characters will gladly give him shit about how he’s solo, yet still hanging around, though. I think that Speedy will end up interacting a lot with Titans West, at least until we get a bigger cast of characters. As soon as we get more characters, I’d like to have him branch out to develop closer relationships with them, especially with ones he hadn’t really interacted with in canon.
I’d also like to see him take on villains by himself, or even hanging around some villains (hello Kitten).
I look forward to him interacting with Ravager for sure, since they’re both such interesting characters. I would also like him to have some interactions with Terra (or clone!Terra) as soon as she gets more established into Titans West. I’m not sure how that will work since I play both of those characters, but I’ll make it work. I’m not above roleplaying with myself.
I’m hoping we get a Cheshire, because I would love to have spicy, dramatic interactions between those two. I’m also not opposed to having some crack-ish ships like KittenxSpeedy either >.>

[Beta] Mission #.01- Bank Heist
Link to Mission Starter
Description of mission: The Titans have been called in to deal with a large-scale bank heist. There are multiple burglars who are confident that they will be able to evade police and the Titans, and they have taken a few hostages to ensure this. One burglar is guarding the hostages, while the others are preoccupied with gathering more money and trying to escape.
Location: Jump City, a large bank
Titans required: Any Titans/allies who are in Jump City
Length of mission: Standard
Steps to complete mission:
First, Titans must work their way into the bank by some unconventional methods.
Titans must roll to defeat the obstacle of saving the hostages. The hostages must be protected and moved away from the burglar that has his gun aimed on them. Each failed obstacle roll damages one hostage by -5 health.
After the hostages are safe, the Titans engage in battle with the burglars. Titans can also choose to engage in battle with the burglars WHILE the hostages are still present/being escorted to safety. This will of course be determined by the characters’ personalities and decisions, but deciding whether or not to engage in battle while the hostages are around will have different pros and cons.
When each of the burglars’ health reaches 0, they have been arrested, and the money is safe.

THEY WERE MADE IN OUR IMAGE;
Titans are going missing, but mysteriously reappearing healthy and whole…but with personalities altered, and strange behaviors. There are whispers of a clone army on the rise, through the criminal underbelly of Jump City. Whatever it is, something is certainly amiss, and our heroes are determined to figure it out before it’s too late.
*Teen Titans RPG takes place approximately a year after the end of the series/movie, and explores the adventures of multiple, world-wide Titans Teams. We draw inspiration from the Teen Titans Go! comics that ran until 2008, the general DC Universe, and the TT fandom. RAVAGER APPLICATION
Canon Character Application Form
Roleplayer’s name: Xtina
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Predicted average weekly activity level: I should be able to meet the requirements for both characters I’m applying for. Though I am a busy student, I manage my time well and typically end up with at least an hour or two to myself every night at least. I enjoy role playing, so I’ll definitely make time for the required amount of activity on a weekly basis.
Time zone: Pacific
Anything else you want us to know?: Teen Titans was the fandom that first sparked my interest in roleplaying in the first place. This will be my third or fourth time in an rpg for teen titans with Felicia. However, this is the first time I’m in a mod position!!!
—
This app contains information about Ravager.
Character’s superhero/villain name: Ravager
Character’s civilian name: Rose Wilson
Superhero, villain, undecided, antihero, or other: Antihero.
Affiliated with: The Teen Titans, though she is still on a sort of probation. Given who her father is and the fact that she’s never one to follow a strict code of rules, Robin is hesitant to trust her and allow her to be a full fledged member of the team.
Age: 17
Physical characteristics: Rose is of athletic build, standing at 5′4″ in height and weighing in at just shy of 120 lbs. Notable features include her snow white hair and single blue eye. Her left eye is missing, Rose having stabbed it out while in a drug induced fit under the influence of her father’s super soldier serum. There is still scarring around the empty socket. She often wears a patch over it, though she’ll take it off in the privacy of her own room. Unless she’s comfortable with someone, she won’t take it off around anyone else.
Personality traits: Rose is combative and sarcastic, and follows her own code of morality. Though her moral compass aligns more with good than evil, she’s willing to cross lines other heroes will not. She is fiercely loyal to those she cares for, and is unafraid to fight for them. However, due to her tumultuous relationship with her father, she remains guarded and keeps people at a distance.
Special abilities: Rose is a skilled fighter, trained by both her mother and father. Slade’s super soldier serum allowed for her to have enhanced regenerative abilities and she has occasional precognition, but she has no control over when it happens or how to control it. Due to the serum, she also has enhanced combat abilities and strength beyond that of the average human.
Character history: Rose’s birth and existence for many years remained a secret from Slade. Her mother, Lilian Worth, wanted Slade to have no part in her daughter’s life and only brought him in once Rose was kidnapped by Slade’s brother in law. In the clash to rescue her, Lilian seemingly lost her life and Slade was quick to pick up on his daughter’s vindictive nature, trying to get her to shoot the man who kidnapped her and was responsible for her mother’s death.
After the death of her mother, Rose was reluctantly taken in by her father. He was more of a drill sergeant than a parent, training her and honing the skills that were already there as well as giving her his super soldier serum so that she would gain some of his enhanced abilities. His intent was to train her to be the loyal apprentice he never got through either Terra or Robin. However, rather than embracing her father’s ways, Rose rebelled from him and went off on her own.
Place of residence: Titans Tower.
Other: Although Rose does know that Slade had two sons, she has no idea that Joey (Jericho ) is still out there and is alive. One of the many lies Slade told her was that she was the last living Wilson child and that it was her duty to fight by his side and carry on his legacy once he was gone.
Didn’t quite work out the way he had hoped.
In-character writing sample (at least 100 words):
The fair haired teenager took a deep breath, attempting to calm herself down. She’d been here for close to a month and it still felt like day one. Every single move she made was put under a microscope, under the intense scrutiny of their self righteous leader. It was not like she hated Slade any less than he did. In fact, she might be the one person on the planet that hated him even more than Robin.
Why couldn’t he just accept that?
Hands balled into fists as she beat her frustration into the punching bag. Beads of sweat began to form at the base of her skull and along her forehead as she continued throwing punch after punch. Only one she’d tired herself out and her knuckles had bruised did she finally allow herself a water break.
Running a hand through her hair, she looked into the wall length mirror. Meant as a tool so that one could see his or her form, all she saw was the glaring reminder that she was indeed his daughter. A mirror image of the man she had grown to hate. No wonder Robin didn’t trust her. It must have been painful for him to even look at her.
Other questions:
Any character:
Why are you interested in joining TTRPG? More specifically, why do you want to roleplay this character?
Rose Wilson deserves better than any writer has ever given her and I will fight on her behalf until my dying breath.
If your character is part of a Titans team:
What role do you think your character will play in his/her team? Rose is a skilled fighter but can be apprehensive when it comes to letting other people in. So she might be a bit of an outsider on the team until she’s truly warmed up to them and feels that they actually do trust her. She’s quick tempered and quick to violence, so that might be a source of contention down the road.
If your character is not part of a Titans team:
In what ways do you foresee your character interacting with the Titans and other characters? Do you have any plots in mind? N/A.
Do you have any ideas regarding how your character will be introduced to any of the other characters or what characters they will frequently be interacting with? Since she’s on the team, even in a probationary sense, so her interacting with any member of the teen titans would be expected.
Other than that, I’d kill for her to interact with Terra and also maybe Red X. Terra for ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) reasons. And Red X because they’re both 2 cool 4 school.

Raven Application
Roleplayer’s name: Robin
Age: 20 Gender: Female Predicted average weekly activity level: Usually at least once a day, if not more!
Time zone: EST
Anything else you want us to know? I’ve loved Teen Titans for a very long time and I have RP’d for almost just as long - love putting the two together!
Character’s superhero/villain name: Raven Character’s civilian name: Technically Rachel Roth (via comics), but she’s never used one in the show canon.
Superhero, villain, undecided, or other: Superhero, on the Titans West.
Affiliated with: Titans West
Age: 18
Physical characteristics: Raven is of regular humanoid shape, although her hair and eyes are violet, not a natural shade for an earthly human. Her skin is unusually sallow as well, with more of a grayish hue than most. On her forehead, she has a red/black bindi she was born with. She prefers her hair short, and has a prominent widow’s peak.
She usually wears a blue cloak with a hood, matching blue ruffled ankle-boots, and a blue, long-sleeved leotard. On her cloak, she has a circular black/red jewel set in a gold plate that attaches the whole thing together; it covers her T-communicator and it’s fixed to beep/glow when there is trouble. Raven has a red and gold belt with the same jewels around it that rests on her hips. She also wears gloves with the same jewels set in the gold.
When Raven is in her ‘demonic’ state, her eyes turn red, and a second pair of eyes appear where her eyebrows are.
Personality traits: Raven, at a first glance, is quiet, nearly emotionless, studious, and sarcastic. She appears to be slightly distant and anti-social; mostly a recluse and sort of to herself. Despite her introverted, gloomy atmosphere, Robin has described her as “the most hopeful person he has ever known”, and she does care deeply for those who have earned her respect and trust. Raven is one of the more mature members of the group, and tends to be able to keep herself in check, cool and collected, even through some of the more troubling scenarios. She is also the most emotionally-restrained of the Titans, and does not open up easily. Her emotions affect her powers, and she is determined not to lose control much. She spends most of her time by herself, reading and meditating. She can also lose her temper easily (Beast Boy gets under her skin far more easily than he should), and can be fairly mean/rude when she’s grumpy. Raven finds it difficult to build trust with people, and even more difficult to forgive when that trust is truly broken (See: Terra).
Special abilities: Raven is a half-demon spawn from the planet Azarath. Her powers include psionic abilities, empathy, telekinesis, telepathy, thought projection, astral projection (soul-self), soul-sealing, magic powers, spell-casting, healing magic, knowledge of mystical artifacts, charms, and spellbooks, levitation, and teleportation. She can move stuff with her mind and perform spells p much. Raven studies magic intensely, and almost obsesses over controlling her powers. If it exists, she can probably find it in one of her books. She is also Trigon’s ‘portal’, amplifying her innate magical powers with additional demonic power.
Character history: Raven was born a half-demon, half-human. Her mother, Arella, was wed to the interdimensional demon Trigon. She was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, took Raven under her wing as she grew up, instructing her on the extent of her vast powers, and methods of controlling them via her emotions. Trigon was convinced he could persuade her in assisting him in the destruction of worlds, when she reached adulthood. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon’s power returning and fled to Earth.
Raven arrived in Jump City, where she met her future teammates. They successfully took down the Gordanians, and she found herself absorbed into the original circle of Titans.
Raven remained distant with the other Titans, but slowly began to open up (though not necessarily through choice). Beast Boy and Cyborg discovered a portal into her mind and uncovered more about her, while Starfire inhabited her body during a mishap with the Puppet King. Robin is perhaps the one she has established the deepest connection with; Raven went into his mind in an attempt to assist with his hallucinations, brushing even the deepest parts of their consciousness together.
Eventually, however, Raven’s past caught up with her. Raven was forced to tell her teammates of her heritage and presumed destiny after an encounter with a previously-thought-dead Slade. This prophecy came to pass without fail, destroying Raven and the Earth in the process. The Titans managed to band together, however, and keep hope alive; eventually, they were successful in rescuing a human version of Raven and restoring the balance.
Place of residence: Titans Tower (Jump City)
Other:
In-character writing sample: She hadn’t meant to. Robin had to know that. She hadn’t meant for him to get hurt. But it was…violent. Occasionally it happened; Raven reached a point where the emotion overcame her. It was a tricky thing, controlling her powers; Starfire understood better than anyone. They were like polar opposites - Starfire’s powers couldn’t function without emotion, while Raven’s were ruled by the excesses. It was a thin line to walk, and sometimes she slipped. Watching her adopted family come into danger so often poked at Raven’s self-control, sometimes too much. It was especially difficult when they were losing. It had already been a taxing day and she…let it go. One slip was all it took, rebounding power Raven couldn’t contain, and Robin was thrown into the office building across the street, right through the window. Way too hard and fast for anyone to make an attempt at catching him. Glass everywhere, and she didn’t mean the street.
Why are you interested in joining TTRPG? More specifically, why do you want to roleplay this character?
I want to roleplay this character because she was always my favorite character in the show. She’s got a lot of depth, a wonderful sense of sarcasm, and is just all around a great hero story. Add to that my love of RP and you’ve got a recipe for one excited mun (: I’ve played Raven a bit here and there actually, mostly on Dreamwidth, but finding more than one other Titan can be a bit of a challenge sometimes!
What role do you think your character will play on her team?
Raven doesn’t think of herself as much of a key player, but the team needs her as much as she needs them. Raven often helps Robin hold them all together, in addition to the magical abilities she possesses. She can also utilize her knowledge of spells and enchantments to combat other-worldly threats, and even apply some of that logic to other conundrums.

Terra Application
Canon Character Application Form
Roleplayer’s name: Fe[licia]
Age: 20
Gender: Gal
Predicted average weekly activity level: I should be able to meet the requirements for all 3 characters. Occasionally, due to my demanding and fluctuating schedule I may be forced to prioritize replies based on what character is most essential to current plots. In those cases, I will ensure that at least one reply is done for each character in a week’s time to not hold up the group. OOC I’ll be fairly active as I almost always have an internet device with Skype on me, even during most of my classes.
Time zone: Eastern
Anything else you want us to know?: Hi I’m the admin and this will be my…. 6th year roleplaying Teen Titans. I was also the admin of 2 other RPGs. This group has been built from the ashes of those, and is designed to take my previous visions and make it a reality.

This app contains information about Terra herself, as well as a clone that comes to believe she is Terra.
Character’s superhero/villain name: Terra (she may change this eventually to have an actual alias).
Character’s civilian name: Tara Markov, but she tends to go by Terra more often. Clone!Terra initially believes her name is Ashley.
Superhero, villain, undecided, antihero, or other: Undecided, but most likely will return to being a superhero. Terra is trying to live a normal life with the occasional do-gooding, but will soon be dragged back into the superhero lifestyle. Clone-Terra initially wants nothing to do with the Titans (as evident in the episode Things Change), but as more memories appear she finds herself involved with them once again.
Affiliated with: None atm, but possibly Titans East or another Titans Branch in the future. After such a traumatic experience with the main Titans she may be a bit hesitant to rejoin their ranks.
Age: 16 (almost 17)
Physical characteristics: Terra is rather plain looking. She is a blonde with blue eyes, but is scrawny and lacks feminine charm. She often simply wears her long hair down, and has plain clothing. She tends to part her hair down the middle these days. She is modest, and is fairly insecure about her appearance. When she chooses to associate herself with the Titans, she wears a black long-sleeved shirt with a yellow T printed on it. She may develop a different costume in the future.
Personality traits: Terra can come off as self-assured and confident, especially when she wishes to impress new people. Lies slip off her tongue with ease, and she has become rather good at manipulating others for her own needs. She knows how to make other take pity on her, due to the tragedies she has experienced. She also possesses a good sense of humor and can fall into witty banter with friends. She has no qualms about hanging ‘with the guys’, and can display some boyish habits. She can sometimes be loud, selfish, disruptive, disagreeable, or opinionated. Despite her dark past, Terra generally wants to do what is right, but sometimes needs some guidance.
However, underneath her confident façade, Terra is an insecure teenager with mental instability (and most likely a mental illness). She finds it difficult to trust, and jumps to conclusions when she feels betrayed. However, she is sometimes too quick to trust. She still sometimes feels like she cannot fully control her powers, and likewise, the occurrences in her life. Due to the effects of her unstable powers, Terra had learned to be a loner, but she still craves acceptance. Terra regrets many of her previous actions.
Special abilities: Terra is able to shape and move earth, rocks, and mud. She has previously manipulated a volcano, but it resulted in her being turned into stone so she dares not try it. She is still not in complete control of her abilities and may require additional training to reach a desirable level. She can use rocks as vehicles to travel with, as well.
Clone!Terra does not have evidence of powers right away.
Character history: Terra grew up in the kingdom of Markovia as a princess. She was actually the result of an affair the Queen had with a commoner, but to cover up the scandal, Terra was passed off as the King’s child (Terra does not know that bit of her past). During her childhood, government scientists began experimenting on her and her siblings to give them powers. Terra could not stand the constant tests and experiments, and was also battling issues with her identity. Because of her unruly powers, Terra additionally feared for the safety of those around her. Terra ultimately decided to run away around the age of 10. She was able to smuggle herself to the United States on a cargo ship. From there she began a nomadic lifestyle; she was often homeless, and at times was bounced around various foster homes. Her powers unfortunately caused destruction and harm to people she cared about, which is why she was not apt to stay in one place.
Prior to Season 2 of the original show, Terra had heard about a group of teenagers that used powers to fight crime, and attempted to devote her powers to similar endeavors. She ended up traveling to the West Coast to seek them out, and that is how she met the Teen Titans.
Terra has never been officially diagnosed with any psychological disorder, but it is evident that she suffers from something. It is likely that she has at least PTSD, due to the experiments she was subjected to as a child, from early instances of her powers getting out of hand and injuring others/scaring others away, and from her time as Slade’s apprentice. During her time with Slade, Terra’s mental health rapidly fell apart and she most likely had some sort of break with reality. Slade’s emotional and physical abuse, combined with her incorrect assumptions about the Titans betraying her had severely damaged her perception of reality. While her actions are not excusable, when Terra’s desperation and mental status is taken into account, it is easy to understand her motives. Terra still has vivid flashbacks and nightmares about her past, and deeply regrets the choices she had made.
Place of residence: Terra bounces from place to place; a combination of hitchhiking and a method of travel with her powers. Eventually I would like for her to settle at a Titans base.
Clone!Terra lives with rich foster parents that wish to adopt her.
Other: At the start of the first major TTRPG plot, Terra had just been revived from her stone-like state (by an unknown reason). Unfortunately, she is almost immediately kidnapped by Professor Chang and cloned. The ‘Terra’ that is seen at the end of the series is one such clone, a failed experiment that does not show evidence of powers and has an unreliable account of her past (a combination of error and some memories purposely altered by the cloning process). Clone!Terra slowly begins interacting more with the Titans, and at first there is no suspicion. Additionally, she has gained the interest of various villains. As Terra begins to ‘remember’ more, she begins to believe that the Titans were responsible for her ‘death’, and becomes angry and bitter.
Clone!Terra has memories that clash and don’t make sense- she remembers a childhood of being shipped from foster home to foster home, but she eventually begins to remember bits of the truth, along with some very incorrect memories. This causes great distress to her.
In-character writing sample (at least 100 words):
This sample describes how Terra is kidnapped by a man working for Dr. Chang.
Running, always running. God, why did Terra always find herself fleeing from something. Ever since she had left her home many years ago, she was on the run. On the run from palace officials, and then hightailing it away from cities after accidentally causing destruction and harm..
At this moment, a strange man was tailing the teenager. Terra knew not of his intentions, but anybody who targeted a young girl in a deserted playground was not a great person.
“What do you want, creep?” she had pointedly asked him when he initially approached her. He did not respond and had instead pulled out a strange weapon. Terra’s flight instincts automatically took over- she raised a barrier made of earth, and then she was off.
He began firing a strange beam of light at her from the gun. It hit her a few times, and caused a weird sensation of pins and needles. Terra simply continued to dodge, block, and run. She also threw up rock attacks behind her in defense. She had hoped to lose him, to hide, but there was no opportunity. He hit her again, and Terra had finally had enough: She was going to fight if needed.
“You think you’re scary, but being petrified has just been part of my routine,” Terra announced to him, with a smirk as she turned to face him. The pun probably meant nothing to him as he wouldn’t have known she had essentially been a statue for about a year, but it was funny to her.
Terra had a boulder floating, aimed at the man. She was ready to attack. “Why are you following me?” She wasn’t really expecting an answer, but he opened his mouth, as if her were about to. Then, he started laughing. His laugh echoed in her head as, abruptly, Terra began to feel light-headed. Her vision blurred, and then everything went black.
Other questions:
Any character:
Why are you interested in joining TTRPG? More specifically, why do you want to roleplay this character?
Terra has always been near and dear to my heart, and I always write about her in fanfics. I’ve been considering roleplaying her for a while but never got the chance.
If your character is part of a Titans team:
What role do you think your character will play in his/her team? I think once Terra is part of a team, it will take her a little while to warm up and adjust. She is used to being on her own, and obviously her last experience with a team did not go smoothly. She is still hesitant to trust, but will eventually befriend most of her team. Specifically, her strengths as a Titan is combat due to the sheer power of her abilities. She will most likely need to be mentored by teammates about her powers.
I would like to see Terra join either the main Titans team or Titans East.
If your character is not part of a Titans team:
In what ways do you foresee your character interacting with the Titans and other characters? Do you have any plots in mind? With Clone!Terra, I would like Beast Boy to seek her out again (it will have been a full year since they last talked) or even have her seek him out. She will have a bit more ‘memory’ of what had occurred and be a bit more apt to interact with the Titans again. However, due to her unstable memories and clone programming, she will be triggered to once again lose her trust in them. This leaves her open for being taken advantage of by villains…. Including a repeat offender.
I sort of would like the original Terra to somehow escape while the clone plot is still occurring (or after the conclusion of the main clone plot if Clone!Terra is still around) to allow her to have interactions with… herself. As stated before, I would love for Terra to eventually become a part of one of the Titans teams.
Do you have any ideas regarding how your character will be introduced to any of the other characters or what characters they will frequently be interacting with? See above for how the introduction would occur. I can see Clone!Terra interacting with the main Titans for a bit and kinda befriending them again, but slowly having corrupted memories that persuade her to either seek out or be persuaded by villains (most likely Slade again)
I really would like to see Terra interact with the main Titans and Titans East. I’ve seen that route done before and it worked really nicely. Also, Sperra is still an OTP, even if I’m playing Speedy also.
If we get a Ravager, I would be interested in shipping Terra with her.
- If Terra and Clone!Terra end up existing at the same time (ie, actual Terra escapes from Dr. Chang while Clone!Terra is still around), I am totally willing to let another person roleplay Clone!Terra on a new, separate account. Because by at that point, I believe that both versions of Terra will be very different characters.
