Well, ordered my Lunar Remastered Collection (thanks reviews for telling me it's okay to go physical for this one). Should come tonight. Prolly not in time for the night gaming session but that means I can start tomorrow.

Yeah, coming in after dinner (always eat a lot at a covered dish) made me tired so I just read all night...

Getting ready to go out...Holy Thursday Covered Dish.

Did my final save in the Twin Tower base before I start the trip inside. Eked out one final level in all Sue's Magics since she doesn't go inside with Justin, Feena, Mullen, and Leen...heck, only Justin actually does any fighting in that segment since it's mostly scenes. She can just hit stuff with a mace for the rest of her short tenure in the party.

Feena also hit 13 in Earth and holding at 16 for everything out. So we're good. I'll do some more work on Fire starting after the tower. Every one of her spells does need more, but we need harder enemies to get better levels. Plus...she needs to work on her knife skills a bit more for Agility.

I don't even know how many Rain Staffs dropped in the Volcano. We're rolling in the cash!

Also, Justin has Wind Magic now. So that's all the Disk 1 Magic accounted for.

Woke up with my dad's alarm and then somehow got right back to sleep. This isn't a common event...he's loud and keeps me up if he wakes me up.

Man...at least I got everything arranged...

I think tomorrow I'll do the grinding for my friend so I can get it on the backups this weekend (we only can get together every few months so I tend to grind in whatever game we're playing in between then). Hope the RNG is nicer to me next time...enemies were quite spiteful and SOMEONE couldn't hit anything!

Since I've got a friend coming over in a bit, I did a short morning Grandia session to finish Typhoon Tower. Did do a single run through of the poison pools as well as waste Justin and Sue's MP on the one near the exit when we left...a bit of Feena's too but she's ahead and I needed to start preparing for my guest. As a result, Justin is at 9 due to his subpar MP since we've not worked on it much, Sue is at 11, and Feena got to 13. So...she's at a point where she's just waiting for Earth to catch up for a spell there as we keep giving incidental MP to her via Ice Magic and moments where I decide to use her to heal.

I also got Earth and Fire Magic for Justin, but probably won't do too much work on them. He's inheriting Sue's levels in that anyway. Maybe her Wind too, though I'll just give Rapp the water seeing as Justin has pushed himself further on that already. And by the time I give him more levels, he'll be able to use that effectively anyway.

Whew...the new bed wrap (I kick sheets off all the time so I use an all encompassing wrap instead) came just before my friend arrived...

So...ah...accidentally spilled too much coconut emulsion in the bowl! Was able to resuscitate them, but not sure if they'll be of a good consistency to bring to a holiday event. I might have to make the sacrifice and make another batch while eating this one...

One more day of baking and I should have what I need for Easter.

In the end, I got the chapter I wanted to write done. Now checking out for the rest of the week. If I do write something else, it'll be side material or notes for fic ideas that I can do quickly as a way to blink away from something else I'm doing for a few minutes.

That and I need to BS another project for the next chapter and I'd like to not do so right now...why did I decide each half of the session needed three full projects?

Saved in Dight right before heading to Typhoon Tower. I was gonna go for the first Save Point along the way, but Sue got Plague and I didn't have any Vaccines to heal her. Shrugged and went back to buy a few for Gadwin's inventory.

Of course, before I left, I wasted everyone's MP on a Poison Puddle just to get my Water up a bit. Fina's reached 10 due to all the Crackle Spam, while Justin and Sue are a bit behind her. I need to push her to 12 for her next Ice Spell...but that'll be next time and around the nearest Save Point.

Made it to the Valley of the Flying Dragon. I will admit to abusing the traps along The End of the World to get Water EXP for Justin and Sue. Now all three characters have multitarget healing. Feena got all her Water EXP spamming Crackle on things instead...

Anyhow, there's two Mana Eggs here so my plan is to finish off Sue and Feena's last Magic Spells. Justin can get Fire and Earth from the ones on Mt. Typhoon and Typhoon Tower, and the Volcano will net him Wind to round it out. That's all eleven Disk 1 Eggs accounted for on the eleven spells you can learn for the characters you get up to that point.

Well, got around to finishing up the Eiyuden Chronicle's DLC Scenarios. I was just short of cash for Markus' so I picked up a card when I was out yesterday, and just didn't have time to play Seign's earlier. That and, since I'm off this week, I could do it on the big TV.

For Seign's...Valentin still continues to be amazing with his witty banter. And I might have to bring Grace into Hero Mode for lulz at some point. Wasn't expecting a new ally since you didn't get one for Marisa. Also, the convo she has with Seign at Arthur's grave in the end was just so sweet.

For Markus'...I think the most amusing thing about having to create a Stable Time Loop was the fact that we Stable Time Loop'ed Momo into believing Cute to be the ultimate power! I think I lost it when the Great Sage said his name since I KNEW that was Momo! Also, Salie reminded me in appearance of Rosa from FFIV. Didn't see it so much when you fought her mutated form in the game proper, but in her human form I do. Since Diradhe was jealous of her relationship with Markus due to his feelings for her, kinda like Kain, I wonder if that was intentional.

And again...Momo Stable Time Looped himself into believing in the power of Cute! Ohgod that was amazing!
