those first few moments after a set were always theo’s favorite. the applause lingering as he walked down the stairs from the small stage, some people still laughing at his closer. it was a rush. and he was glad he had some friends out at coney island who could hook him up with some open mic nights. any exposure was helpful right now. the boy ran fingers through his bush of hair as he hopped up on bar stool, getting the attention of the bartender. “rum and coke?” he asked to which the bartender nodded and quickly got to work. finally, the boy noticed the figure next to him, giving the other a small smile. “enjoy the show?”

*cue titanic meme* it’s been eighty-four years but I f i n a l l y have brought this boy out of my head and into the rp verse. we’re so happy he’s here.

「 alex fitzlan. cismale. 」have you seen theodore “theo” gavaldi around yet? i hear he decided to be in AUDAX for their JUNIOR year as a FILM major. the 21 year old TIER 1 SHEPARDis known to be humorous, creative, sarcastic and flippant. ➨ the muse is written by Lo. she is 24 whole years old, in the est.

○ theo was born in Boston, Massachusetts to a college football coach father and a small business owner mother. has a thick af Boston accent.

○ he is full blooded italian. like there is not another drop of any other ethnicity in this boy. he is one of many siblings and part of an even bigger family.

○ hates being called by his full name. the only people who call him thedore are teachers, his parents, and his siblings when they want to screw with him. otherwise, unless he gives carte blanche, he will only answer to theo or teddy .

○ definition of a “class clown”. he was always the one goofing off or making snarky comments in class. most of his high school life was surviving bullies by making them laugh and spending afternoons in detention for pointing out that the mole on his math teacher’s balding head looked like pangea. also, the most common thing he hears is “sit down and shut the fuck up, gavaldi.”

○  if you can get past the constant puns and he incessant picking on, theo is the most trustworthy and loyal person you’ll ever meet. if you’re his friend, it’s likely you’re a friend for life.

○  theo is that film kid. he is a guy who thinks all of his student films were genius. he tries to hide his pretentiousness but nowadays, he thinks that it’s better to just be himself. his little artsy fartsy self.

○  besides making films, theo performs both stand up comedy and improv comedy. he even started a little business for himself under the name teddy g comedy. he performs a fucking lot.

○  he and his father have an extremely strained relationship. his father has always been the kind of person who has one view of what a man is. that’s athletic and strong. theo is not that. his father doesn’t mean to be so hard on him, but calling him a pussy and a fag hasn’t helped him become a more manly guy. some of his brothers have started to mirror his dad and the boy has basically become the family punching bag.

○  a few years ago, theo was in what he thought was a pretty amazing relationship with a pretty amazing girl. everything seemed to be perfect and some people would even call them #relationship goals. however, a few months into the relationship, the girl started putting kit down for everything. what he wore, what he said, what he did: it was all scrutinized. then, after he tried to end things one night, she became physical. of course, as so many do, theo accepted her apology and entered into an abusive relationship for over a year.

○  theo still has a lot of ptsd from his abusive relationship. whenever someone talks to loud, raises a hand, or starts to get argumentative, he will be on the verge of a panic attack. he’ll never divulge why he acts that way since he doesn’t want to seem so weak for it. even his father said, after he admitted it to him, that “you shouldn’t have let yourself get beat up by a girl.”
