Endless: Love of Education
Video: I will be narrator the importance of voting, while doing a slide show of various images of people in different situations struggling to get assistance for their children.
Our youth trapped in underfunded schools.
Scene 1
· People holding picket signs outside of a rundown school building.
· Parent with fist on table looking very upset.
Endless hours, days, months, teachers struggle to teach our kids without the proper equipment.
Scene 2
· Person with hands on the head sitting in an empty class room.
Scene 3
· Person sitting at a desk in front of a full class with folded arms, and head hung low.
· Children in the classroom with heads hung low.
Innocent youths in danger of failing their SAT’s due to a lack of school study material, waiting to be rescued from falling behind.
Scene 4
· Child holding paper with an F grade crying.
They wait and wait for change, but for some, the required study material never come.
Scene 5
· Child holing their hand out in front of them.
· Person with arch shoulders and hands up in an “I don’t know what happen expressing while looking at a child.
Our children become depressed, lost and confused; never reaching their potential.
Scene 6
· Child sitting at a table with hands under their chin.
· Children walking aimlessly in the streets.
The Love of Education organization is working tirelessly to rescue the minds of our children, but they can’t do it alone.
Scene 7
· Group of people handing out books to children smiling.
· Children smiling with hands out receiving their books.
They need the support of caring people who believe that educating our children is important.
For just a few minutes of your time you can make a difference in the lives of children.
Will you help rescue our children.

My Reflection
What did you learn? Social media platforms can make you or break you in society. I have learned that you must be very careful on how your message can be perceived by others, especially since your viewers are not seeing you face-to-face. There are many factors which one must consider when creating a social media site.
What did you like? The fact that I was able to use my creativity to build my brand.
Were the skills you've learned in this course valuable to you? Extremely, as I did not know how to market myself previously .. I have learned that you must be very careful on how your message can be perceived by others, especially since your viewers are not seeing you face-to-face. There are many factors which one must consider when creating a social media site.
What will you use as you go forward in creating social media? I will use what I have learned to build my personal brand so that I can market myself more efficiently.

v This symbol represents the overall department that is responsible for all the departments under its umbrella.
o This symbol represents the individual department supervisors which is responsible for the sub departments. They are responsible to make sure that the sub departments have whatever tools they need to get their job done. They are responsible to report to the department director
§ This symbol represents the sub department. They are the front-line people which handles the specific task listed. They are responsible to report to their supervisor.
Breaking down the tasks into smaller parts will allow for more attention to be given to the clients on a more personal level. This will also help to troubleshoot and resolve issues before they start. Now some people will attempt to stir up trouble for no reason. This is something that cannot be prevented. In this type of situation our PR department would create a way to turn the negative into a positive. By being transparent and allowing our employees to have input on ideas, will help the company name to become a household name. The goal is to not only create happy customers that will never leave; it is also to foster great relationships with our employees so that they will love what they do, and want to do the best job possible.

Assignment: Module10-SugarCharmShop Analysis
My search was on the Sugar Charm Shop. The Sugar charm shop creates how to video on miniature crafts made of polymer clay for dolls. Based on the analytical website Social Blade, I have found that this YouTube channel has increased their income substantially in a matter of only five years. #extremelyimpressed
Currently their revenue is in the high thousands, but is projected to reach the millions within five years. #wow
Even with such impressive numbers their rating is only a B+. I would have expected that the rating given would have been higher based on their stats.
I can only assume that Social Blade predictions are correct based on the companies that use them to get their data.
I like the fact that a data view can be created for any prospective YouTube user. All they have to do is enter their YouTube username, and a chart is automatically created. Now I realized that this chart creation is only to give the user an idea of the possibilities as there are various factors that can affect their actual outcome.

The name of the company I chose is Mineral Air. Their product is a cordless airbrush kit that is rechargeable. #mineral air
Who do you think their audience is?
Women of all ages who want flawless natural looking skin without have to apply large amounts of heavy makeup.
What do you think their goals are?
To show the average woman that they can have flawless skin just like the high fashion models very easily. They also want to show woman how easy it is to achieve this look by including a step-by-step tutorial.
Is their language more formal or informal?
The language used is informal. This method makes the viewer comfortable, and does not confuse them with a lot of technical or legal jargon.
Why do you think they choose to write like that?
The company wants the viewer to believe that they are using real clients and not models so that the viewer will be able to relate to the users presented. They also want the user to feel that their company is trustworthy. They want the viewer to feel as if the need this product to uplift their self-image.

Executing my Marketing Strategy
The platforms that my audience use are the following:
Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
I have struggled a bit with attempting to find statistics about the audience I want to attract, so for this reason I used the statistics that was done by the Pew Research Center in 2015. So for my post all statistics will be based on the Pew Research Center 2015 analysis.
The audience I want to attract are users of all social media platforms. The most heavily used social media site is Facebook, in which the total user percentage was 72%, Instagram total was 28% and Twitter’s total was 23%.
When looking at the income levels, education and age group of a both genders the total percentages of each social media site listed above was as follows:

The age group is an area for which I wanted to attract those old enough to make decisions and purchases. I have now decided to change that a bit since parents are also a factor when their underage children make request for new computers. Since social media platforms are only for those ages 18+, then I will use this group as my starting point. I cannot put a limit on age since everyone’s’ computer interest and knowledge is different. I chose not to use the demographics of where a person lives, because that doesn’t have a bearing on what a person can afford to buy. Instead I used an income of $30,000 or more per year as a factor. Since my business will also include educating our clients and our employees are prominently female, I am pushing harder to gain women and young girls who are interested in the computer science field. Nevertheless, I am not excluding anyone. The main factor is the interest level.
During my research, I have found that Facebook offers a lot of assistance to businesses that are trying to promote their business. They have tutorials on how to design your page to meet your goal, as well as many other tutorials which is geared towards helping you to be successful. Facebook also will help business owners format their page so that it can be used across all social media platforms. This is a great factor which will be extremely helpful.
I will use the free services provided by Facebook as my starting point. The services they provide will help educated me further, so that I will have a better understanding of how to promote my business on social media. Their services will be a great benefit for me since I won’t have to reenter the same data for each platform. I will just have to tweak each one to make them stand out. #personalizeYourPage.
This will align with the “O” #opportunity of the my SWOT analysis. This can also align with the “T” #threat of my SWOT analysis, because just as I am using the services provided by Facebook to promote my business so are many other businesses providing the same or similar services. I would just have to find a way to make my page more attractable.
