A gaming mouse is a lot different from a regular mouse in the sense that it has in-built optical sensors and laser sensors for higher performance. In addition, a gaming mouse comes equipped with improved software that is customised to support high DPI and CPI—meaning a gaming mouse has a better ability to react to the movement of the monitor and it has higher sensitivity.
