There is a node in Invasion that tells us that Kuai Liang was his father's favorite son. If I'm not mistaken, the nodes always refer to the character you're about to face. In the case of Kuai Liang, the said node is called "Dad's favorite":

Personally, I have a headcanon that tattoos are forbidden in the Lin Kuei, but that his father didn't hesitate to break with tradition (the very same tradition that this man was hypocritically adamant about following and that Kuai Liang, on his behalf, accuses Bi-Han of abandoning) by giving Kuai Liang permission to get one.

So I just saw the newest trailer for Mortal Kombat 2 and I thought it looked awesome! It looks like Johnny Cage is probably going to be the main character of the movie, which is funny because I think he'll do a better job being the star than Cole from the last movie. It also looks like they're basing Noob Saibot's design from MK11 as well as introducing a few new characters like Baraka, Kitana, Jade and Kano's returning once again. Have you seen the trailer yet and if so then what do you think of the trailer? Also hope everything's going well for you, since I heard a lot of the harassment you were facing earlier from ignorant assholes. Don't listen to them and please keep doing your artwork. I've been a huge fan of your MK fanart ever since I discovered your blog a couple years ago and I honestly wish I could afford to get a commission piece done by you, since I had an idea for this MK story I'm currently writing which is a crossover between Mortal Kombat, Tekken and Venom. For me personally, I think the MK2 trailer is promising enough. And I can see this one have much more effort than in the MK1 movie. Thpough I would not going to lie if I do have little bit doubtness on Jade's new design and Karl Urban's JC bc he looks too old to and too serious. But otherwise, seeing Hiroyuki and Joe Taslim again made my heart warm. And I'm so excited to see Kitana and Sindel. And thank you so much for your support and understanding, and I'm so glad you're enjoying my MK fanarts. And thank you for your understanding about what happened to me last year over the MK drama around. It was devastating bc so many people twere rying to cancel me for something I didn't do. A lot of these hateful anons are usually just jealous/envious or really sad people who don't have hobbies. I've gotten anons telling me my art is 'fetishized' only because I have a cartoony, exaggerated, style. Don't let them get you down, we love your art a lot! You're my favorite Warframe artist and I always love to see your art, even if it's not Warframe related! ❤️

Yeah, tbh I'm not even surprised by this type of accusation and harassment, and they even called me with so many slurs and problematic. Especially bc I ship my Drifter and Warframe. But thank you for your understanding and your support. And I'm sorry for what you've been through.
