getting the word out
That’s what the first step, second step and continuous step always is. Spreading the word about things Taurian Films is doing from Party Girl: The Series to our Suicide Squad fanfilm to a few features we are developing. It’s a constant fight to get people’s attention. We recently took that fight to the great state of Georgia where Bj was spending a week with family in Conyers.
While there Bj rented a car and ventured around to some of the comic book stores spending some dollars picking up some Ostrander Suicide Squad back issues and schilling Party Girl.
Responses were mixed from people who seem genuinely interested in checking out the show and those who looked like they wanted to stab Bj for even bringing it up.
The highlight of the trip was Odin’s Comics’ owner allowing Bj to place some promo material on the counter in the store.
But that is to be expected, some people are going to be open to it and some people aren’t. It’s what you encounter in the promo life. Just have to use the “NO” as motivation to help you go out and get that many more “YES”
On the web front, we are working to change the face of www.taurianfilms.com as well as get Party Girl’s fourth season two episode online. Just had a few things playing out behind the scenes that have kind of put a wrench in the process, but hoping to get that ironed out and back on track with episode releases this week.
