Nowadays there’s a movement within Daesoon that’s slowly gaining traction. The government is on the lookout more than ever, but there’s ways to pass by living a day or two totally aware of what’s going on.. instead of being the quiet, obedient citizen the drug makes everyone be. People rise up naturally. Revolutions occur eventually.[mobile]

Respect your government.
They only want what’s best for you. It’s actually very simple to understand. What’s one more change going to do? It’s for the best. Since our last mandated changes, the crime rate has gone down and employment has soared. RX400-21D is perfectly safe. We’ve made sure of it. We don’t want to restrain you, we just… think it’s best that everyone calm down. The drug will help. Trust us.
ALIAS: Shay OTHER: n/a
FACE CLAIM: Im Jinah / Nana CLAIM AGE: Twenty-three (23) CLAIM OCCUPATION: Idol / After School member
IN CHARACTER BASICS:
NAME: Liang “Li” Chen AGE: Nineteen (19) CAREER: Student RECORD: She was once warned in public for trying to whisper to one of her friends. A secret means a strong sense of having to hide something and being afraid a certain someone will hear, which is both suspicious and a rather big emotion to carry.
IN CHARACTER DETAILS:
AFFINITIES: working with their hands, observation, coding, following directions WEAKNESSES: memorization, physical labor, leading, working in large teams
PERSONALITY: at least 6 sentences; everyone still has a personality, it is just very toned down. for example a person can be a nature lover but instead of going around and singing in the park, they would just feel a calm, relaxed, mellowed-out sense of happiness when outside. anxious, nervous, unsure of herself, overwhelmed with the pressure of what she started
HISTORY: at least 6 sentences
PLOT POINTS:
ALLEGIANCE: No. REPORTER: 9/10 would not. INFORMATION: Hey hey, she’s the little girl that started it.
EXPERIENCES: Initially they skipped on accident, but more recently it’s been on purpose. The first time she could feel herself nearly in a state of shock– skin tingling, crisp, cold air filling her lungs, and wide eyes that no longer viewed the world through a dingy filter. Colors were vibrant: almost overwhelmingly so. It was as if every day she had lived with clouds in the skies obscuring the sun, and suddenly it was clear. Nowadays she doesn’t skip as often as he used to because of her anxiety levels, but once in a while she does have a faint sense of longing to open her eyes again. Curiosity killed the cat; satisfaction brought it back.
LIFESTYLE Children born. Go to school. Skills evaluated and job assigned at graduation. Do job. Get old. Retirement is a privilege if you work hard enough. Death and always cremation.
JOBS Assigned at graduation. One may be demoted for doing a shit job or rebelling against the government. Very hard to climb back up. Most just accept it. – LABOR: Lowest on the chain. Keep the city clean. Pick up trash. Clean windows and cars. Those who fix shit are slightly higher than the trash collectors. – INDEPENDENT SHOP OWNER: Very limited. List of things they may sell goes here. Often handmade things. Considered just about beggars. No one is ever assigned here, they’re just poorer. – MANAGEMENT: People who keep apartment complexes running and clean. Also may run government shops. Considered useful but not exactly important and are low on the chain still. – EDUCATORS: Smarties. Respected. Teach basics like science and math and computer things. Nothing artsy. Rarely, music classes are available. Actual instruments only for national anthems and songs to praise the government. Not too enthusiastic, though. – MEDICAL PEOPLE: Not super needed thanks to genes shit carefully watched, no crime, and people generally being so mellow they do nothing to get hurt. Mostly youngins do. They’re respected but not like OOOH HES A DOCTOR! – GOVERNMENT: Most respected. Hierarchy of course. People start of entry level if good enough then work their way up. Ranges from city planning, to budgeting and boring shit.. To arranging couples for procreation, and assigning parents.. To dirty work like spying on citizens.. To dirtier work like “taking care” of rebels.
– MATERNITY: Some are assigned after graduation, and some get the “honor” to do it once or twice if their genes are amazing and they are smart and super respected. Nurses and doctors are needed for this ofc any gender. Females must be taken care of. Sperm donors are called upon randomly to give their goods. Artificial insemination ofc. – RAISERS: Three levels. Some raise babies to school-age toddlers. Some raise toddlers to middle schoolers. These are like big orphanages. Once a child is high school age, they go to a sorority-like home with fewer Raisers to watch them. Less kids there, too. More specific to their growing skills.
ON THE DAILY: – Students get an average school schedule. No homework though. Occasional internships and job days where it’s seen if they may be a good match for a certain thing. Free time is expected to be ‘practice your skills time’ but no one is really watching. More concerned about possible rioting adults. – Workers got they work schedule. Depends on jobs. Independent shop owners have no set schedule; it’s on their own time. – Maternity moms either going through testing periods to make sure they’re healthy enough for another baby, or totally chilling and relaxing through their pregnancy bc stress is bad. If they can and have the skills, they may teach a class or take music lessons to pass the time. – Raisers be parents. Hardly any off days tbh. Self explanatory. “Frat house” Raisers get time to prepare for later things (aka relax) while children be at school
FROWNED UPON: – Relationships and PDA. Everyone is supposed to have totally toned down emotions and love is intense, so it’s a HUGE red flag if you’re caught and you’ll 95% get in trouble, or 5% disappear completely. – Too much color and / or individuality. Everyone must be same. Same is good. Also can be red flag depending on how intense the unique level is. All people who modify get put under surveillance. – Emotion. Too much of anything. At all. Anything. No. Bad. – Attachment. Because emotions. – Speaking out against the government or saying they bad. Not taking your meds and / or saying they bad. You will 100% be brought in and dealt with.
KEEPING TRACK: – Everyone got an ID card, and a micro one on their braceleted right hands. Subtle. No excuses for not having ID and makes the occasional foreigners who manage to get in, very easy to spot
