Yuppers, one of those branching ideas that starts off simple and then the more you follow it the more insane and inspire you realise it can be. I would love to share if you want to hear, I could always use a sounding board from someone who has loved the content longer then me. Where did you read the manga, like online or were you somehow able get copies in hand?

Ganon's gonna need a license for his restaurant with the ammount gambling going on there. The ones who usually lose are the two kitchen cult boys? I can see it, they think they know their boss so well and pop off when they do win a bet. But their odds at winning a bet are hilariously bad.

Litterally doing a slow deep dive of the whole series because a brain idea for Link that popped in mid game with those two games. I am contemplating if I should look into the manga for ideas and lore. Have a note book that I am using to break down each version of link for said idea.

Okay so who wins the most bets? One of the front of house staff or one of the kitchen? Or is it just Purah?

Ooh an idea eh, I enjoyed the mangas personally, I was particularly blown away with the depth put into TP’s as I only just read it last year. I definitely recommend (I write link’s personality based off of dialogue from botw/totk and manga tp link because it’s a big window into a more “real” personality of his (i.e a little shit)

Hahah management is embarrassingly guilty for placing bets on him, but I think Urbosa would win the most out of everyone because she takes more time to read him + has known him since the beginning of his life in the royal palace

I finished totk recently and well I had to see what people and cooked up for what I can only call buff daddy ganon(tm) and in the land of fanfics people reminded me ganlink is suck an interesting pairing. And imma bet you got the right profile, which province you in if you do not mind sharing. I'm in the one with no pst.

More from Ganon's view would be amazing as he slowly loses his sanity over a buff twink. His family and pastry chief is just watching bemused and the rest of the coworks have no clue what Ganon wants to do to link other then something to him. Maybe throttle him? Maybe kiss him? Maybe both? The rest of the staff have no idea but are taking bets.

And poor man gonna buy one of the chemical foot peels and pray to the golden trio is works just so he can sleep without getting the hibbies jibbies.

Oh how the cosmos must laugh, I litterally just found and read and bookmarked that last night. Your writing had me up at 2 am grinning and wanting to see Ganons brain thoughts on if Link ever takes his shirt off and shows was years of hard work and a wild outdoor childhood looks like. The drunk party, Zelda being the life and disaster at the same time. And the bit where Ganon actually admits someone knows more about one thing on food because yes the farm boy who helped grow the produce would know what he is looking at. Fucking love your writing. Ganon loosing to remmy is just down right funny, on one hand we have the sole male gerudo that only appears every century and basicly king, power and nobility flow through him and he is dedicated to dominate what ever realm he choses. On the other we have a nice rat who would give Link a single head pat and ratthumb up and win.

HAH lol at Ganon trying to and failing to poker face, but I read intrigue with planted. A placed rat in a restaurant, oh my. Who could be stirring up trouble?

Since you pull from all over LoZ for this au, how would the characters react to a live cucco? Those little murder birds hold no mercy so I could image everyone is just terrified from the stories they have heard/seen. And then you got farm boy Link just carrying one under his arm like a foot ball and the other holding a cucco like he is about to quote some shakespear and he is just like 'what you guys don't toss them around or use them to glid off the roof when they get on top of houses? You don't grow up making a game of poke the cucco till it pecks back?'

It’s funny because there is also a part where something similar like this happens, but it’s a rat 😭

But when link takes ganon to his village for the first time, he’d definitely give an off-handed warning about messing with them lol. I heavily considered having ganon accidentally kick one ☠️

Understandable wanting to keep art that is personal to yourself. Though I will say I have an open ear if you want to talk about ganlink. Personally I would love to know more about the pedigre goat comment because that genuinely got me to laugh loudly the first time I read the blurb. And I still grin at it everytime I see it in my likes.

The au is kind of a modernized incorporation of elements from multiple loz games, but based off of the botw map, and link’s village is basically a stubbornly secluded amish town to the rest of hyrule
