𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙜𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙚:Once, when my friend Tazin was going through a difficult period in her life, I advised her to start writing a gratitude journal. The stress of her family responsibilities, health problems, and academic pressure was too much for her to handle. I therefore wanted to urge her to focus on the good things in life and to find happiness in the small things. Also it's scientifically proven that writing a gratitude journal can enhance mood, promote better sleep, and lessen stress. Since I was aware of her liking in journals, I found it easier to offer her guidance. I also suggested that she can write it in the evening or right before bed. Tazin thought well of my advice. She was initially hesitant. She was concerned about her ability to keep up a daily writing habit. I told her that it would not take much time. If she wishes, she can do it on a digital platform. She gradually saw favourable improvements in her mentality. She began to appreciate the small positive moments she had previously neglected. Keeping a gratitude notebook became one of her habits. She continued to utilise it as an important tool for balancing her emotional and mental wellness.

And that person is none other than Sheikh Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. As a citizen of Bangladesh, every other person of our country including myself knows about Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Sheikh Hasina is an interesting personality for numerous reasons. During her long term leadership, Bangladesh has achieved significant progress in various sectors. Her contribution in various segments including economic growth, improvement of education and health system, progress in agriculture and women empowerment is significant. She has also taken up the project of creating "Digital Bangladesh" to take Bangladesh a step forward to the peak of the establishment. Despite her heavy workload, her personality seems to be quite humorous and lively. Which makes me more curious about her. I want to know how she keeps herself motivated to move forward in difficult situations. How she's taking the country forward through good governance while maintaining the traditional values. I'm also interested to know about her perspective on the current climate change and global situation. Also how she envisions the future of Bangladesh.
