There's still time to get your advance tickets, before prices go up at the door!
There's still time to be guaranteed at the door sponsor and super sponsor swag if you order your tickets by Sunday, May 14. Otherwise, you'll still get your swag...but after the event's over!
There's still time to join us at the Friday night welcome dance!
There's still time for a day of fun at the Elk's Lodge, including the fursuit games, dance battle royale, all the fun in the Underground, and the Prom You Really Wanted that night!
There's still time for an afternoon of food, friends, and prize drawings at our Sunday picnic.
But Sunday night, May 21, time will have run out. Tickets are still available, but going fast!

This was brought to my attention at 3:30am (no really, when I say I live on no sleep, I'm not bullshitting), and it started to circulate on social media around 11:30am.
So this is rumor control from the con chair.
The staff of Tarpaw Furmeet (yes, all of us) soundly denounce the "alt-fur" movement and any nazi sympathizers in their ranks. Their thoughts and ideas are hate-driven, divisive, and do not contribute towards a fandom that is tolerant and welcoming for all.
The presence of any nazi-themed clothing, costume, or literature is a violation of our code of conduct, and will result in the immediate removal of the individual in question. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this topic, and we do not view it as a laughing or joking matter.
TL;DR: Nazi furs, fuck off.

Announcement: Tarpaw Furmeet 2017 is a Go...Twice!
The little Furmeet that wasn't supposed to, but did is back--bigger, longer, furrier!
Tarpaw Furmeet took eastern North Carolina by storm in November 2016, with a one-night party that exceeded all expectations! For 2017, we're growing in all directions--a longer Saturday and two more days thrown in just because we can!
Three days! Two dances! One picnic! An awesome weekend!
...and we're doing it not once, but twice: May and October in 2017. We'll start on the weekend of May 19-21, "The Prom You Always Wanted." No uncomfortable clothes. No corsages. No awkward limo rides. No embarassing parents taking staged photos. Just you, your friends, and a weekend to remember! Friday night, come dance and party at the welcome reception, held at our host hotel--the Hampton Inn & Suites. Saturday, we'll be at the Raleigh Elks Lodge all day for activities in the afternoon and the big party that night. But that's not all. We're also opening up "The Undergound," a second space at the lodge for gamers to play, artists and dealers to sell, and people to hang out at away from the music! Sunday, we'll wrap up with a picnic at Pullen Park. Hang out one last time and say your weekend goodbyes with food and friends until October!
And the best part? For the Friday and Saturday night dances, we'll have bartenders if you're legal! No more sneaking flasks into the punchbowl under the scornful gaze of your English teacher here!
18 to register. 21 to drink. 16 and 17 allowed in with notarized paperwork.
Tickets are available now! The hotel room block is open! A limited number of tables in the Underground are for sale! Visit the website for full details!
