For the folks at home, what's nights of the lantern?

(An event going on in our little MK RP community. All the info about it is on this blog

It ends in a couple days and I haven't gotten any engagement, so I'm giving it another shot .v.)

While she certainly craved more than she had been given in life, it wasn’t often that Mileena wished to get away from it all, no matter the occasion. It provided ample opportunity to partake in every impulse she experienced- while there was little ultimate satisfaction, there was freedom. Freedom to take whatever life she wished, to give herself to whomever she found worthy. So to arrive at this island resort for this festival, learning all too late that no killing was to take place, turned out to be quite an annoyance to the half-breed. A growl had risen in her throat.

However, realization began to set in. While she was free to mate with anyone she wished...the opportunity had not arisen nearly as often as she’d have liked. And what way was there to celebrate this occasion besides coupling? Her lust for blood would stew within constantly, but releasing her lust in more carnal matters would temper just how irresistible those dangerous impulses could be for her, at least for the time being. So, once checked in, she’d go to her room- apparently her roommate had already checked in- and change immediately into her swimsuit. A rather revealing black two-piece, leaving just enough to get others craving to see what lay beneath. She swiftly left to see who all awaited on this island for her to encounter, on a new hunt which would hopefully prove just as satisfactory as the kind that left her stomach full and maw drenched in blood...
