I've been of the opinion for years that Federation Force should've taken inspiration from Halo 3 ODST instead of whatever the hell that game went with. Playing as normal troopers having to deal with a space pirate attack in a city would be a great way to flesh out the universe Metroid takes place in and actually show how dangerous the space pirates were to normal people.

Thanks for the feedback on the poll so far, I think I'll start combining coloured and monochrome pages for my comics. Monochrome is good for efficiency but I think colour will be good to help mix things up sometimes.

I forgot Star Fox Zero's animated short has a reference to the planets in Milkyway Wishes from Kirby Superstar... So I guess the events of Star fox, Kirby, Metroid and Kid Icarus could all take place in the same universe.

Hello! I’ve got Metroid questions about the comic AU! 😁

So we know that Samus jumps through her history throughout Smash, right? What does this then entail for Ridley and how his appearances correspond with Samus’? The man’s been in Smash multiple times as his regular self as well as his Meta Ridley form twice and the clone Ridley once in Smash 4, and on that note how does that work out with Subspace? Was Meta Ridley brought in after Ridley was defeated and sent back to his own time, was Ridley turned into Meta Ridley by the Subspace army rather than space pirates, or for a brief glorious moment were there two of these goofballs existing at the same time? Thank you for thinking about this with me lol, and as ever I’m looking forward to your next artwork and comics!

So when it comes to comic AU Ridley I'd say his appearance in Brawl is his first and there's straight up two of him, his Zero Mission and Prime 1 incarnations(Meta Ridley), I just think it would be funny to have his slightly older self try to help his younger self get the advantage and not have to get the cyborg treatment lol. Thats why Ridley straight up gets the drop on Samus in subspace, he knows it'll happen and doesn't want to give her a chance to fight back.

It's his clone from Other M in Smash 4 but I might change it to be Proteus Ridley who shows up instead since OM's a huge mess and I'd rather have the original Ridley be involved in things than his weird looking clone who gets dunked on by the Metroid Queen lol. And his Ultimate and post Ultimate appearances are both his Super incarnations!

Super Smash Bros Shenanigans

Just a quick explanation for my comic AU.

Samus is the main character of this AU.

She appears non chronologically throughout the Smash games up until post Ultimate.

Most of my comics are set after Ultimate but I will be making comics set during the other games.

Most of my comics are just silly ideas I have for interactions between the characters, hence the subtitle "shenanigans" but I do have plans for more serious comics here and there.
