Kori smiled sheepishly. “I am sorry I was just saying there is quiet a lot to do around here” she said. “What kind of activity were you thinking?” she asked perhaps if she narrowed down the list it would help.

“Jack” she frowned. “Oh I really don’t like him at all” she said shaking her head. “He made me cry once and I thought I could help him, I used to think every person had a little bit of good in them, but he told me such a hurtful lie” Kori says darkly sadness in her eyes. “He- I don’t think he does anymore”

“I really like Elsa but I think you should be Anna instead then you don’t even have to worry about the wig” Kori said thoughtfully.

Kori took a deep breath. “There is SO much to do!” she said excitedly. “You could go the swimming pool, to the work out room, to the danger room, to the labs. or you could go to the park or if you go to the little town that is nearby you could go to the shops or to the movies. Oh! if you go to the movies, you should see Minions it was really cute!”

Tery sighed as he walked out of the admin building. Things were definately different, no flying cars, no decent tech, However that ment there were no Jokerz, no splicers.. Maybe this place wouldn’t be so bad after all. e had seen the dorms earlier and instead decided to explore a little first . He looked down at his map for a moment before giving up. “ Hey You… What’s there to do around here?”

“We- we can’t know that, Roy” she said concern flooding her voice. 

She was worried for her friend. Roy could take a lot but this... this was a heavy cross to bear especially since Kori’s mind was forming a theory. She licked her lips before she spoke. 

“Roy” she started. “We-we’re supposed to be looking for something we’ve lost right, well- well you’ve already found it.. or its found you” she said imploringly. “Its just...” she trailed off not wanting to ask him how he was supposed to let go. How was she supposed to ask him something like that. It wasn’t fair and she couldn’t stand to look at him so she looked down letting her red hair act as a curtain.

“Roy,” she said a big smile plastered on her face.  “Roy is like my home boy.” she snickered at the choice of slang. “He’s like another brother to me, really, He is one of my best friends. I always know I can count on him to have my back” she added. “I’ma go tell him how I always have his back an he’s my best friend. I’ma be right back”

Kori stared at Roy’s arm amazed. She blinked in utter disbelief as he flexed his fingers. How? was all she was capable of thinking in that moment, how...

“How” she started to say when she finally could form speech and could tear her gaze away from the newly materialized arm, her mouth was slightly agape but she shut it to swallow when she saw the hard look in Roy’s green eyes and the stony expression that had clouded his features. She blinked again this time at his harsh words. 

She didn’t blame him for being upset as it dawned her what he must be feeling. “Roy..” she said a little desperate as she reached out to touch him. She wanted to hug him but instead she just simply put her hand on his shoulder and wiped her eyes with the other. “Roy” she said his name again. “maybe... maybe he didn’t know” she said locking her green eyes with his.

“Steve is” Kori paused. “How do you even describe Steve” she said smiling. “He’s like Captain America and on top of that he is Captain America.” she laughs. “He is such a gentleman and really nice and down to earth. And what a great friend an listener. And him an Cornelia are just the cutest couple!” she gushes.

“Jason” Kori paused and her cheeks flushed. “Jason and I went to prom together and I-- I had a really good time that night. I thought I was falling for him I really did. He’s just a special kind of guy. I mean I love him like..” she trails off not sure how to finish the sentence and mentally shakes herself. “Like I mean I don’t think he ever felt that way about me but were friends for sure, really close friends. I never want to loose that friendship because- because him an Roy they are my boys”

“Kara!” she repeats enthusiastically. “I love Kara! I want to find her and give her a hug ‘cause she is just a great friend. Like the greatest. Really, really.  Have I mentioned how great she is. She is a good cook and she’s so much fun, so much!” she laughs. “I am going to bake her some cookies just because she’s great”
