We have a time jump here! The Ripper hasn’t struck in 7 weeks, not finishing his Sounder. Will cracks the coded message left in the flowers of the Ripper’s tableau, but has a horrible dream. With the end of Michaelmas comes the dreaded Oxford interview season, and the hundreds of students coming to stay in College. Can Will find a quiet place to study. And what happens when Hannibal invites Will over for Christmas dinner?
