Muffins are healthy, but you shouldn't over eat them
Do you love eating muffins? Here's some wonderful news; it's good for your heart, your gut health, your immune system, your liver and eating one healthful muffin can even help prevent Diabetes. However, you should make sure that you do not over eat these good treats. Muffins contain fiber, minerals, a load of vitamins and good carbs, but mostly they are also made with small to medium amounts of sugar, and often the sugar is white. White sugar is not a significant threat when you eat it in small quantities, but much like fat and aspertame, it is highly addictive, and eating too much sugar could increase the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure within time.
However, making muffins with demerara sugar, date syrup or honey while using a homemade recipe could make your lovable muffins way healthier, or even as healthy as fruit and carbs can ever get. Carbs are important for your body, and despite lots of fat promotions organized by the oil industry behind our backs, carbs are needed in much bigger portions according to researched science. Without carbs, a person may get his immune system weaker and his organs may fail due to sugar shortage.
White sugar, despite not being a significant threat if you don't overdo it, isn't really necessary in a human's body. Muffins which contain blueberries have at least 50 different types of antioxidants, all important for your immune system, heart and liver.
Without antioxidants in quite high amounts, your body is much more vulnerable to many diseases and deadly conditions.
One muffin contains about 15 grams of sugar, as the daily limit is no more than 25 grams, which is a surprisingly high amount of sweetness. And as for the better things in a muffin, you have 6 grams of fiber, which is more than broccoli or spinach, 45 mg of manganese, which is very healthy, and all together, about 8 grams of vitamins as well as 7 grams of protein.

Mayonnaise is as toxic as arsenic!! Be careful
Mayonnaise is not only high in fat or sodium, but it contains a high amount of chemicals, and it is made with hydrogenated canola oil which is also high in chemicals and is very toxic. According to researchers during these days, mayonnaise is as toxic as arsenic and it even contains a significant amount of it.
Mayonnaise is often believed to be made of egg yolks, and some other food industry ingredients which are "a little unhealthy for your diet". However, there are certain chemicals such as arsenic, benzine, chromium, cadmium, tar, hydrogen peroxide, nicotine and even imidazole.
These chemicals don't just cause any type of cancer in an extremely aggressive level. They can also corrupt your DNA, destroy your skin and even small amounts of this could easily hurt your cells, mess up your brain and thoughts, make you stay up at night unable to sleep and it can even lead to mutation. One meal containing a little bit of mayo, hardly even 45 grams, can potentially destroy half of your brain in a slow process which could take months or even years.
Mayonaise contains over 30 different types of chemicals, which are mostly found in cigarettes. Like other high-fat or heavily processed foods, mayonnaise is worse than smoking and could be compared to a medium dose of cocaine and heroin.
Mayonnaise is highly addictive since one of it's chemicals are disodium inosinate, which corrupts the human brain into eating more fatty, toxic and ultimately organ damaging foods.
The amount of fat in mayo is ultimately high as well, and comparing each and every of these chemicals in the mayo to fat just shows you how equally dangerous they are. Fat is known to be the number one killer in your diet. Researchers compared fat to drugs, sugar, chemicals, cigarettes, poisons and lots of other fearsome hazards, and it seemed to overtake everything else in every possible research made in a lab by the right scientists. Besides that, the oil industries are known to have shifted the blame onto sugar cause some types of sugars are natural and healthy in certain quantities. Scientists are paid up to date to cover up the truth about oils and fats.
So how much mayo should a person consume a day? Not even should a person spread mayo on his food once every three or four months. This, much like snacks and hamburgers with trans fat and other processed foods like crisps or pizza should be avoided completely all the time. Mayo is by far worse than cheese, coke, or any other food which has a bad reputation. Not just unhealthy.. It is not even a dietary enemy.. It is arsenic so keep it out of the house at all costs.

The number 1# dietary enemy: Fat
During prehistoric times, an entire cow had 14 grams of fat, of which none was saturated or trans fatty acids. Obesity has become an epidemic throughout modern times, and has killed more than 10 million people in the last 4 years. Unlike prehistoric cattle, today, you can find in a piece of beef at least 40 grams of fat per 100gr serving. Fat has caused heavier damage than stress, cigarettes or alcohol, and has slowly become our biggest dietary enemy. However, people still commonly mention the false health benefits with regard to any type of fat. Fat has become our most common source of calories. An average person eats over 80 grams of fat each and every day. That equals to 720 calories of fat daily. The suggested amount of fat-calories per day is 200. Fat was shown to boost the risk of many diseases. The list includes such diseases as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, high-cholesterol, Alzheimer’s, stroke, fatty liver disease, arthritis and necrosis. Above all, fat has specifically killed around 30 million people in the year 2016. That doubles the amount of deaths caused by cigarettes. Neuroscience has also revealed to us that fat is extremely addictive, and can affect your brain much like cocaine and heroin. Over 95% of today’s diets fail, as they all contain excess fat.
Despite fat being extremely dangerous, it has become our number 1# dietary enemy, and has taken its place above any type of refined sugar or artificial sweetener. People don’t notice that the numbers of deaths are high, and that the cost of eating fat is growing worldwide. The average American eats around 12 hamburgers a week, which equals 900 grams of fat, or in other words, 8,100 calories of fat.

Understanding the health benefits of different sugars
Sugar was considered a dietary monster, however, do most sugars really contribute to that many risks? Is sugar in general our number one dietary enemy? According to much of our research, glucose and fructose are needed in larger amounts than vitamins, minerals and proteins. Sugar which is not processed will dissolve and generate ATP inside your body.
ATP enforces your body and it’s cells to function correctly, and will increase your energy. Sugar is also good for your mental health, according to research done by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
Even white sugar, which contributes to some health risks and diseases, is not poisonous, as research states that it does not compare to arsenic or drugs. However, consuming excessive white sugar can in-fact be dangerous for your body.

The secret weapon of food industries: fat, which can be fatal.
Food industries had done hard work in a sugar VS fat conflict. However, as now, a researcher related to a high-fat diet revealed the conspiracy of sugar, which made us all believe that fat is unhealthy. However, is there a further plan? The research, which promoted fat, was published by The University of California, who also work together with The Atkins Diet, and have even officially claimed it. As today, 95% of the diets contain excess fat, and none of these diets are shown to work. According to research done in the recent 10 years, people eat around 40-110 grams of fat in one single day. Over 20 million people die of fat related disease, such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, dementia, fatty liver disease and diabetes. Even the candy we eat contains more saturated and trans fatty acids than it contains sugar. Fat is taking over our industrial society, and it has a deadly effect on our health. Our cells, our immune system, our blood & cardiovascular systems, our brain, our genes and our lungs are all harmed by a high-fat diets, and the laboratory systems have proven so, all the time, until some recent research was published on social media and on the news. However, is all this research true? The answer is that it was proven to advertise high fat diet plans, which are considered no better than “a dirty business”. According to The Canadian Cancer Society, people should have around 90-150 grams of fat per day. That aids the Atkins diet, which suggests exactly the same quantity, and even states that canola oil is healthy, as it is an oil made by Canada. The Canadian canola oil was proven to be one of Canada’s dirty secrets; a cheap and an extremely harmful cooking oil, which contains toxic materials. The toxicity of canola oil is most likely caused by the saturated fat, which is found inside the oil.
The Canadian Cancer Society don’t only present fat. They also demonize sugar, and claim that it can cause cancer. The truth is that no sugar could ever cause cancer. Even white sugar cannot disintegrate inside your body, as it does not come into your cell, but it can raise your insulin levels and blood pressure. Fructose and glucose are after all healthy in a moderate diet plan, as they can provide necessary ATP to your cell. Lactose is also healthy in moderation, as it creates amino acids together with protein.

Top 15 extremely dangerous & unhealthy foods you should avoid
This is a list of the top 10 most dangerous and unhealthy foods.
1. Butter
In the forms of butter, buttershake, deep fried butter, or butter cookies, the butter takes the foremost wicked role in food. It is very commonly seen that 1 gram of saturated fat is bad for you, so imagine 8 grams per piece, and 48 grams per 100gr of butter. The average butter portion (100gr) contains 432 calories of fat. Saturated fat is known to kill more or less 200,000 people prematurely, and is linked to cancer.
Butter also contains monosodium glutamate, a yellow food color and flavoring chemical + stabilizer. That chemical is considered a major health hazard.
2. Hamburgers
The foremost and infamous fast food is our favorite burger, containing 1-10 patties, and in each patty, 700 calories, 50gr of fat, of which 35gr is saturated, and 5,000mg of sodium. This portion of fat and sodium every week can cause cancer amongst all ages. The burger is also considered the number 1 fast food in the world, being the number one also by fat, sodium and oil content. Pure beef burgers are also very commonly high in fat, and these portions of fat become highly addictive and dangerous. Burgers can also contain hydrochloric acid, a poison that can be equal by toxicity to arsenic. This is basically how the theory of rat poison in burgers was started.
3. Packaged Salty Snacks
Good examples for packaged salty snack types are cheese-puffs, potato crisps and packaged nachos. All these are extremely dangerous for your health and life. The salty snacks contain hundreds of chemicals inside a 100gr package, and some of these chemicals are considered as GMO-byproducts. The salty snacks also contain a high quantity of fat, salt and refined carbohydrate. These food-components can boost your chances for disease in the future.
4. Jelly Sweets
Jelly Sweets are genetically modified mostly made of sugar, chemical jelly, and food colorings. The jelly sweets boost the risk of diabetes, and can cause sugar-rush amongst the younger addicts, developing diseases later in life.
5. Pepperoni Pizza
The pepperoni pizza contains huge amounts of fat in one small sized piece. Imagine both pepperoni, and pizza full of fatty cheeses which contain more or less 45gr of fat for every 100 grams of pizza. Pizza also contains refined white dough, which is processed, bleached, and mixed with lots of oil. Every 100gr of pepperoni pizza contains about 600 calories, and can be highly addictive.
6. Diet Foods & Drinks
There is a difference between dietary products and diet products. Good examples for diet products are coke, bubblegum and crackers. These diet products contain artificial sweeteners, close relatives to drugs. These products can boost brain disease at all ages, and are most-highly addictive. Diet products can also contain chemically made caffeine, which can affect in the same way as drugs.
7. Hot Dogs
Hot dogs are a very popular fast food and are available on just about “every street corner”. The hot dogs can contain pink slime, a mix of leftovers from other foods. The hot dogs also contain a large quantity of oil, which can cause health problems and can even be linked to cancer or dementia. The oil contains saturated as well as trans fats.
8. Margarines
On bread, or worse, in cakes or cooked casseroles, the margarine takes a dangerous role. It gets to 60% of synthetic chemicals, as the other 45% is fat and canola oil. Though not being that highly addictive, especially in comparison to butter, it is not a good alternative, as it contains over one full gram of trans fat.
9. Tacos
Tacos can boost obesity and cause body dysfunctions, due to its enormous fat content. One taco contains about 500 calories, which compares to 2 big chunks of cake, containing about 250 calories each. Tacos also contain fatty, bleached and processed bread, which has no less fat or calories than the meat.
10. French Fries
Despite their beloved taste and flavor, the french-fries contain large amounts of palm oil, an oil which contains micro-toxins from animal fat. French-fries are also cooked, processed and combined with added salt, which can very likely cause leukemia.
11. Pastries, High-fat Casseroles and Donuts
Besides cakes being unhealthy, pastries, donuts and other similar casseroles are much bigger and fattier than a large piece of cake, containing 25 grams of fat and about 350 calories per serving. The pastries also contain some yeast extracts, which can affect your brain and boost health risk.
12. Fruit Juice & Coke
Fruit juice and coke contain gasses as main ingredients, and their refined sugar amounts get extremely high. Drinking juice on daily bases can very likely cause type 2 diabetes.
13. Ice Cream
Ice cream contains extremely high quantities of fat, sugar and flavoring chemicals. Diet ice creams are no better, if not even worse. One enlarged ice-cream contains about 550 calories, and over 40 grams of fat.
14. Tuna Sandwich
Despite tuna sometimes containing mercury, a tuna sandwich is high in calories. One of these sandwiches contains about 450 calories, made of fatty tuna and of crispy and oily toast.
15. Bacon
Bacon is one of the foremost, yet addictive foods that exist. Bacon is rich in fat and oil, which can very likely cause cancer or cardiovascular disease. Bacon contains about 25gr of fat per 100gr serving.

Worse than tobacco: Fat can cause lung cancer, TB, and chronic respiratory failure.
Recent discovery blames sugar for disorder related to your lungs. However, fat cell research and human anatomy reveals a much larger threat. According to research made by laboratory, fat can cause lung cancer, TB, chronic respiratory failure, fibrosis and bronchitis.
After considering red meat as worse than tobacco, and fat as worse than hard drugs, the conclusion is revealed. Fat is not only the number one obesity factor, but is also the number one enemy for the lungs. Fat is the root cause for lung cancer, tuberculosis, chronic respiratory failure, bronchitis and fibrosis. According to human anatomy, fat contains a special protein which can cause inflammation within our lungs, leading to many lung disorders. As the toxins of the fat affect the lungs, deterioration is inevitable.
Lung cancer
According to some research made in 2016, sugar can cause lung cancer and fuel the risk by 49%. However, as fat invades your cells, it leaves sugar out of this dirty business, and increases your chances by 67% for lung cancer risk. According to a research published on PubMed, fat is related to most of the non-smoking lung cancer.
TB
Tuberculosis is found especially among the overweight and the obese people. According to human anatomy, TB is caused when fat feeds toxins in your lungs.
As TB is caused by drugs, and fat has a very similar effect, fat might be the root cause of this disease.
According to the NCBI, 8 years of a high fat diet can cause this lethal disease.
Chronic respiratory failure
According to the NCBI, fat can also increase the risk of chronic respiratory failure by 16%. Fat can also fuel a much greater risk according to the same research. An increase of 80% or more for the risk of dyspnea can be caused by fat.
Why fat is worse than tobacco
While tobacco isn’t lethal (though deadly in many ways), a high fat diet can be lethal, and can totally be uncontrolled. While lung cancer can usually remain non-fatal, fat can cause a vicious cycle of lung cancer, resulting in fatality. Despite the lung anatomy, fat also causes more than 10 million deaths each year.

Linked to obesity and cancer: fat is fatal, and even 7.8 grams in your meal can kill you
Obesity and cancer risk is growing worldwide. Fat is killing millions of innocent people each year. However, studies have proved that 31 grams of white sugar can risk your life. However, as only the processed white sugar does so, and in comparison to fat, white sugar is 4 calories for one gram, as 9 calories are found in one gram of fat. In addition to this simple test, 7.8 grams of fat can boost risk within your body. High fat boosts the risk of cancer, diabetes, organ failure, cardiovascular disease, dementia, stroke, fatty liver and many other dysfunctions within most of your body.
High fat isn’t only found in meat, in milk, in oil and in snacks. It can also be found in our daily meals which we consume in restaurants or buy ready made. High-fat can also be found in spread, in sandwiches, in health bars and in margarine. The food richest in fats is the Chinese food “empress chicken”, which contains 50 grams of fat for one cup.
However, despite increasing risk, fat also affects your healthy genes, turning them into fatty genes. This can increase obesity and any following risks.

Fat can literally feed hundreds-of-thousands of Botulinum, a toxic virus in our dairy and meat.
According to microscopic science, fat is not only a major factor for chronic risk. Saturated fat can also attract and/or contain hundereds-of-thousands of C. Botulinum, a toxic virus commonly found in meat, dairy products and in snacks.
For many years, fat has been researched on and on, and in some cases, it was revealed to be bad, or even dangerous. However, an absolutely lethal dose of virus was found in fat-rich foods; the C. Botulinum virus.
Botulinum is known by researchers to head the list of fatal viruses. The Botulinum can cause your vital organs to eventually collapse. In some other cases, the Botulinum can also affect your lungs, causing chronic lung failure.
Scientists have mentioned that the Botulinum is found not only in fatty foods, but it is also found in its solid fats, or in other words, saturated fats. These saturated fats can attract or sometimes even contain hundreds of thousands of the C. Botulinum virus, which even a few hundred can cause sudden death. Besides being found in meat, dairy products, oil, butter and deep-fried food, C. Botulinum can also be found in canned foods, chemical or oil products, and there, it is found in even larger amounts. Some scientists have a theory that this eventually will destroy mankind. Over 600,000 people per year die from issues related to the Botulinum virus, as well as over 10 million people dying from fat-related diseases. Saturated fat naturally contains an extremely deadly amount of toxic micro-organisms.
The Botulinum causes the fat to be even more lethal. Therefor, it is by far more harmful than tobacco, nicotine, cocaine or even than MDMA, arsenic or methamphetamine.
Is saturated fat lethal?
Only in excessive portions, or when you have fatty genes or too many fat and/or cancer cells. Otherwise, consume in small quantities, of not more than 2gr daily. Preferably, one should eat lean meat, without the solid white saturated fat. If you are overweight or at risk, avoid saturated fat at all costs. If consumed in excessive portions, saturated fat will eventually kill you. If the saturated fat is overheated, or is processed with chemicals, it will most likely contain Botulinum. Cooked meat with saturated fat is risky. Butter is a massive health hazard, containing much of the Botulinum.
Rather have oils such as olive, grape and flex seed, instead of pumpkin, coconut and canola oils.
Avoid pasteurized milk, and have milk generally with less than 5% fat.
If you abide by the above precautions, you are sure to extend your life.

Sugar, step aside: fat takes murderous role
We have many years demonized sugar, developing from it the hypnotizing devil of sweetness. However, millions of humans are killed by the hidden villain in our foods, and if we do nothing, it might have a disastrous effect on our future generations.
White sugar is bad, but since claiming it causes diabetes and blood pressure, people have been developing too many theories, claiming it is a “devil” and a “poison” killing innocents with no remorse and causing other related illnesses. However, not all of those theories are true, as it was only proven by microscopic tests that the cause of diabetes and blood pressure, are linked to the fact that sugar does not disintegrate, which means it will not get to other parts of your body other than the blood stream. However, not all sugars are linked to our deteriorating health crisis. People have started demonizing healthy sugars as well, such as fructose and glucose, leaving us nothing but fatty foods and protein rich meals.
However, human research proves one thing which humanity is slowly ignoring: fat is toxic.
Fat is secretly killing us, while people are attributing all of the damage to sugar. Fat was microscopically proven to contain micro-toxins and other bacteria which is the main reason why a diet that consists of fast food, snacks, red meat and dairy products, can contribute to cancer, dementia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, necrosis, stroke, pneumonia, stillbirth, mental illness, coma and even fast aging. Rare views of fat also suggest that it can take control of genes in your body, in which case, the fat formation can cause dangerous changes in the body. Fat can even cause blockages in your lungs, contributing to lung cancer and breathing disorders. There is nothing to prevent companies advertising and promoting the sale of fatty products.
The truth about saturated fat
Saturated fat is one of the most concentrated fats to exist, and can be even worse than sugar, as you don’t necessarily need it in your body, unlike monounsaturated fat. This fat is found in red meat, dairy products, and most oils. It is composed of concentrated fat and bacteria, thus being worse than any other fat. This fat contains a dangerous amount of empty calories, which cause obesity. When saturated fat is eaten, it rarely disintegrates in your body. When it does, it disintegrates into lipids. Once fat enters your healthy cell it transforms it into a poisonous and very possibly a cancerous cell. Saturated fat can also attack your liver, causing it to fail. Saturated fat also contains an extremely high quantity of carbon dioxide, which is poisonous to your system.
Why fat is worse than sugar
These toxins we eat are highly addictive, very much like sugar; however, they are much worse since being able to control functions of your body. While some sugars are bad, and other sugars are good, all fats contain a massively high amount of toxins. Toxins are the number one killers, since they attack our DNA and our immune system, two components which make up the human body and prolong life. However, unsaturated fats are needed in small amounts, since they are natural, and their toxicity is relatively low.
