Made this lil puppy for my roommate for Galentine's Day. Putting some old Marc Jacobs fabric I originally bought for my senior show 2 years ago to good use!

For the last 2 years I have been designing for the New York Financial Writers Association annual Financial Follies. The NYFWA holds a dinner every year for financial writers and before the dinner they hold a show with 6 musical numbers parodying today's popular songs to what happened in the financial world that year.
A very quirky show, and it's held in the massive Times Square Marriott and technically it's the longest running show on Broadway, 75 years and counting!

I love working on comedies and I love shopping for comedians even more. Gina is a brilliant sketch comedian and she asked me to shop for a few characters she performs for her reel. You can see Gina perform monthly at the PIT in NYC.

I helped my friend Erica with her 2013 Comic Con costume. She made all the armor and the skirt herself & I made the corset. Girl taught herself to sew to make this costume and it came out pretty damn fine if ya ask me.

When I first moved to NY I was a wardrobe intern on the Adult Swim show 'Delocated'. I was already a fan of the show and to actually work on it was amazing. It was a great experience and til this day I have not been to a better wrap party (I'm just going to say they held a talent show and I saw things that restored my faith in humanity).
I embroidered a few shirts for Marc Wootton's character The Glaze. I actually never saw the episode when it aired and just found this clip buried deep within the internet, enjoy the pastel triangles.

Happy New Year y'all! It's been a hot minute since i've updated but i'm back... with a vengeance. Just kidding about that last part, but I wanted to share what I've been working on and the people I have been working with for the past 6 months. Enjoy the photo above, which I will plan to eventually have tattooed on my back Steve-o style.

Here's another children's clothing piece I made with one of the girls I babysit. Her name is Mimmy and before I left for New York we made this top together. She picked out all the fabrics, helped make the patterns and even sewed some of it. She's practically a designer herself and she's only 7! I told her to smile in this picture but this is what i got and y'all should know it ain't easy getting a 7 year old to stand still for one photo, so i think i did good.

Hey guysss, I haven't updated in a while so I wanted to share something I made recently for one of the kids I babysit for. This is Richie and for his 9th birthday I made him a Weezer shirt because they're his favorite band and unfortunately they don't make shirts in his size so obviously something had to be done about that. I think a Queen shirt might be next.

Here is a photo of the tailored jacket and skirt I made, inspired by Inglorious Basterds, in my junior year at MassArt. The class in which we made this jacket took two whole semesters, soo about 9 months and let's just say that class broke me down a little, but i got this sweet lil number out of it so I would say it was worth it!
