Transitioning????

Packing So right now we are in the mist of mess…lol. Yep packing….It’s a blessing first of all to be able to do this at this time…you know with the state of the world….. I was actually going to say I will not be posting any mental health things until January as right now I need to preserve my mental health and it frazzled me not posting as I feel I should so to alleviate any stress I feel from not posting. 2 years🤔

Well…I have been very busy with life activities…we are in the process of selling and buying a house… It is challenging and tiring, no complaints, just observations. This is not the first, second, or third time, I can tell you it is definitely the last time….we have found the last abode we will live in…. Oh, the title…we have been here for 2 years and as much as I love my home…it is time to go.…

I have been very ill with an upper respiratory thingy….. That was a couple of days ago Today is one of the best days I have had in over 6 weeks….. Yes I do! So much so I am figuring out what my last mental health post was so I can post tomorrow ….yep gotta use the energy when it is available and guess what….. It is available now! What is good about having a pet? Everything… they don’t ask questions or talk back , and they emit a tremendous amount of love. So here it is, Monday. Under the weather

So I returned over a week ago. Mind you, my last 3 weeks in Germany, I was sick with this mystery upper respiratory illness. Upon my return, I went to my health care professional who gave me a full look at me and prescribed me an antibiotic and other symptoms relief aides. I became more sick (not correct English, I know…). Well, for the last couple of days, I have low energy. Nope me…
