✨ M ✨ A ✨ I ✨ D ✨ Meditate Affirmations Ideal Day Dance After much journeying, I came up with this acronym and it has worked for me to get on my highest self frequency and manifest the things I want. Now, I don’t know if it’s going to work for you or who all it works for exactly, but my friend @terrabrister and I have found success with it. ✨ Meditating helps to be still and listen to yourself. ✨ Affirmations help focus on the good and things you can be grateful for. ✨ Writing down your ideal day, literally creating something written as you put pen to paper, can set your intentions and get the magic to flow into this physical world. ✨ Dancing is tapping in to the divine! Not to mention movement is medicine. I also recommend using a mirror so you can really SEE yourself and love yourself. All of these are magic within themselves, but if practiced every day, could manifest something for you. For me it took about 2 weeks and I was mind blown 🤯 and oh so happy and relieved. 🥹 😌 😊 Why not try it and see what happens for you? I bet it will benefit you in some way at least.
