DEFINITION OF HYPOTHESIS
The interviews were conducted in Musuan and Valencia and some is through online interaction. The targets are the potential partners, supplier and other experts that will helpful for our venture. The goal of the interviews was to validate the hypothesis made by the team and gather comprehensive insights to support the success of the venture. The hypothesis is "If the potential venture can offer high-quality and affordable crochet pet accessories that meet the preferences and needs of the target consumers, establish strong partnerships with reliable suppliers and retail partners, and receive positive feedback and support from industry experts, then the venture will have a strong foundation for success in the market."
TESTING OF HYPOTHESIS
Based on the responses from the 14 interviews, here are some information that we gathered. Most commonly mentioned price ranges are between 50 pesos to 200 pesos per roll, with some variations. The majority of respondents rated their business success between 7 to 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Factors contributing to their success include a strong presence in the market, satisfied customers, and consistent demand. Most respondents stated that their yarn supplies are consistently available, ensuring continuity in their business operations. However, a few mentioned occasional challenges with supply availabilit.
Cotton and acrylic yarn are commonly recommended as the best options for making crochet accessories for pets These yarn types are preferred for their softness, comfort, and washability, making them suitable for pet use. Acrylic and cotton yarn emerged as the most cost-effective options for making crochet accessories for pets. These yarn types offer a good balance between affordability and quality, making them popular choices among respondents.
All respondents expressed interest in investing in pet crochet ventures, indicating potential opportunities for collaboration or expansion into this niche market. Overall, the interviews highlighted the diverse pricing strategies, business success levels, and preferences for yarn types among crochet accessory sellers. There is a clear interest in the pet crochet market segment, presenting an opportunity for further exploration and investment
TEAM OPTIONS AND DECISIONS
The team has decided to launch our crochet pet accessories venyure focusing on quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction. We plan to collaborate with reputable suppliers and expert crocheters to source high-quality materials and design stylish yet functional products. By implementing a competitive pricing strategy and utilizing online sales platforms, we aim to make our accessories accessible to a wide range of pet owners. Throughout the development process, we will prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and establish our brand as a trusted provider of premium-quality crochet pet accessories.

Definition of the hypothesis
The interviews took place at Central Mindanao University, targeting potential consumers interested in purchasing our crochet pet accessories. The aim was to validate the team's hypothesis and gather additional insights into our potential customer base. The hypothesis posited that if our business can offer benefits aligned with the preferences and needs of our target consumers, then a majority of those interviewed would express a positive interest in purchasing the crochet pet accessories in the future.
Testing and result of hypothesis
Based on the interviews conducted with 14 respondents, the hypothesis suggesting that offering crochet pet accessories aligned with the preferences and needs of target consumers would generate positive interest in purchasing was widely supported. Respondents shared insights on price ranges, motivations for buying pet accessories, preferred shopping methods, and attitudes toward accessory use for pets.
The majority of respondents indicated a price range of ₱50 to ₱500 for pet accessories, considering factors such as quality. Accessories were viewed as a means to express love, care, and enhance pet appearance and safety, with an emphasis on quality, durability, and comfort. While most respondents expressed a fondness for adorning their pets with accessories, some mentioned budget constraints or lack of interest as barriers.
Many respondents reported shopping for pet accessories, favoring online platforms for their convenience and affordability. They expressed satisfaction with products, highlighting attributes like cuteness, quality, and value for money. Additionally, respondents perceived other pet owners, or "co-fur parents," as purchasing accessories for similar reasons, treating their pets like family members.
Opinions on discomfort varied, with some prioritizing pet comfort while others acknowledged potential discomfort depending on the product or pet preference. Feelings about buying expensive accessories ranged from guilt and hesitation to satisfaction and acceptance, influenced by budget limitations and perceived value. overall, respondents demonstrated a willingness to purchase the product if they felt it met their pets' needs and their own preferences.
Team option and decisions
The team has to develop crochet pet accessories that prioritize both quality and affordability, drawing from insights gathered from interviews with our target customers. Our approach involves designing products using durable and comfortable materials, selecting cost-effective options, implementing a competitive pricing strategy, using online sales platforms, and continuously integrating customer feedback into the development process. Our objective is to provide stylish and practical accessories that strengthen the bond between pet owners and their furry companions, all while ensuring they remain accessible to budget-conscious consumers.
Lessons learned
conducting surveys and gathering feedback from customers is crucial for making informed decisions in business. Understanding the varying opinions and preferences of our customers allows us to identify areas for improvement, make necessary adjustments, and innovate to meet their needs more effectively. This interview highlights the importance of listening to our target market and being responsive to their opinions and suggestions. Being in business entails a level of accountability to our customers, as they ultimately determine the success of our products or services.

survey interview for the proposal
Definition of the Hypothesis
The interviews took place at Central Mindanao University, targeting potential consumers interested in purchasing our rice toppings. The purpose of the interviews was to validate the team's hypothesis and gather additional insights. The hypothesis states that if the potential business provides benefits aligning with the preferences and needs of the target consumers, then a majority of those interviewed will express interest in purchasing the rice toppings in the future.
Testing and Result Hypothesis
An interview was conducted with 28 respondents, all of whom are students from CMU, to evaluate the hypothesis. The interview questions were uniform, consisting of 3 open-ended questions and 1 closed-ended question. The questions aimed to understand the biggest challenges or pain points in the respondents' daily lives, the relevance of these challenges, and the problems they would choose to solve, and how they would go about solving them. The primary objective of this survey was to determine whether our product or service would be beneficial to our target customers and if it could effectively address the issues faced by the interviewed respondents. Through the analysis of the survey data, we discovered that all of our respondents shared a common struggle with financial problems. This finding highlights a significant area where our proposed business about food toppings could make an adequate impact and provide much-needed assistance to our customers.
Team options and Decisions
After thoughtful deliberation, the team has chosen to move forward with launching a business focusing on budget-friendly rice topping meals. This decision is in line with our objective of catering to the culinary needs of CMU students by offering convenient and enjoyable dining choices.
Lessons learned
lessons that we learned in our interviews are important for the success of our venture. one lesson we learned is understanding the opinions and situations of the students of central mindanao university. being flexible and prepared for the short comings is a key lesson for the success of a business venture.
