#egg#usually one or two eggs fried over an equal quantity of toast slices#add some scallion and maybe red pepper flakes#if there’s rice in the house i’ll fry it sunny side up and put it over a bowl of said rice with soy and sesame seeds#the yolk becomes the sauce over the rice it’s SO GOOD#if i’m getting something out it’s a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese
