The roaring sound of sixty thousand screaming fans always brought a smile to Roxi’s face. Being up on stage was one of the only happy places in Roxi’s life. The feeling of the stage lights shining down on her, her band playing her music behind her, and the sound of those thousands of fans singing along to the lyrics she had written herself took her to a whole different place. Adrenaline coursed through her veins with each song she sang during her show.

She’d play all night if she could.

“This is my final song of the night,” she partially screamed into the microphone as she softly strummed the opening chords of her song. “I want each and every one of you to know that I love you all with all my heart. Without your support, I wouldn’t be standing in front of you right now. So thank you all so much. I love you all. Have a safe drive home and I hope to see you all very, very soon.”

Roxi smiled, closing her eyes as she took in the final screams of her fans before singing the very first note of the last song.

Seeing the face that belonged to the voice he had fallen in love with, quickly made him fall in love with Roxi herself, despite ever meeting her.

Ever since finding her music, he’s been to as many of her shows as he was able. He made a huge fan account on practically every social media websites Roxi had and would desperately try to her attention.

Every night he would play in his mind how he would ask her out on a date and what it would be like to be with her.

But then… then Zander happened. 

At first, he believed it was just a publicity stunt, but he quickly realized it wasn’t.
