I keep forgetting I have a Tumblr now and must keep posting lol anyway, told my agent I'd send her the first 50 pages when they were done, and she's LUCKY I'm not there yet because chapter 5 ends on a cliffhanger

Yeah, chapter 6 is done, but at what cost? I apparently cannot revise and listen to Midnights at the same time and the struggle remains REAL

I have no clue what I'm doing but I think I can figure out an introduction.

So, hello, I'm Elle, a YA Fantasy writer from Vancouver Canada who is repped by Tara Gonzalez!

I twist places I love and tell stories about what I know best: hungry monsters, casually cruel villains, and ace-spec girls one step down from ruthless.

With Twitter uncertain, I decided to start migrating some of my writing stuff over here, so ... yeah. We'll see how this goes!

So let's migrate it over here, shall we?

What, another snippet? You bet your butt it is. Chapter 2 basically kicked me into a corner and said not today satan.

Yeah, no one is more shocked than me that Chapter 1 took 2 days instead of the 2 weeks I expected.
