Le groupe financier Elevated Returns (ER) a annoncé son intention de tokeniser des biens immobiliers d’une valeur de plus d’un milliard de dollars et de les offrir comme investissement sur la blockchain Tezos. En octobre dernier, ER a réalisé une vente similaire mais moins importante sur la blockchain Ethereum en plaçant avec succès AspenCoin en tant qu’actif tokénisé pour un complexe de ski du Colorado, le St Regis Aspen Resort, pour environ 18 millions $. Avantage Tezos Selon le communiqué de presse de l’entreprise, ER a choisi Tezos plutôt que d’autres blockchains pour sa dernière offre, car « elle met davantage l’accent sur la sécurité intelligente des contrats. » ER sera aidé dans le passage d’Ethereum à Tezos par son propre partenaire de conformité Securitize et par le facilitateur de Tezos, Tocqueville Group (TQ).
