In God we Trust - The Pawn

So no… it seems that the Giovanni family isn’t the only troublemaker for the Boston’s Sabbatic. This time it’s Anicha’s Sire Dimiti’s turn, arrived with his brothers to America from Russia, looking for Zakarimiri and the girl, in order to combine forces and protect themselves from Pechal, their creator, who apparently went crazy and is now willing to destroy them all. The problem is that none of these elder has ever been sabbatic, and their approach to the city, to the cult… and to poor Anichka, has been pretty bossy, so much in fact that Dimitri dared to order her to bring him ashes of a Tremere in three days, completely ignoring the truce between the city’s cults. The result… is that Demetrius, after having tried in vain to make a deal with the three Tzimisce elders, had to rip Dimitri’s soul from his body, seal it into a dagger, which then gave to Anichka. The girl, fearing that the “Zil” (Deimitri’s brothers,) could force her to give them the weapon back, is now giving it to Jessica – who just came back from the RedCap after the Manciurian’s visit, since the Giovanni could also allow her to speak to his father’s spirit, and try to solve the bad situation

No… a quanto pare non è solo la famiglia Giovanni a dare problemi ai sabbatici di Boston. Questa volta è il turno del Sire di Anichka e dei fratelli dello stesso, giunti fino in America dalla lontana Russia alla ricerca di Zakarimiri e Anichka per unire con loro le forze nel proteggersi da Pechal, il loro creatore, apparentemente impazzito e intenzionato a distruggerli tutti.

Il problema è che nessuno di questi anziani è mai stato sabbatico ed il loro approccio alla città, alla setta … e alla povera Anichka è stato molto dispotico, tanto che Dimitri, sire di Anichka, si è permesso di ordinare a sua figlia di consegnargli entro tre giorni le ceneri di un Tremere. Questo infischiandosi totalmente della tregua stabilita in città tra le due sette. Il risultato… Demetrius dopo aver in vano cercato di ottenere un accordo con i tre azniani Tzimisce… ha strappato dal corpo l’anima di Dimitri, lo ha rinchiuso in un pugnale e ha poi consegnato il monile ad Anichka.

Qui Anichka, temendo che gli “Zii” ( i due fratelli di Dimitri) possano costringerla a rendere loro l’oggetto, lo sta affidando a Jessica – appena rientrata al RedCap dopo la visita dal Manciuriano- Visto che la Giovanni, potrebbe oltre tutto permetterle di parlare con il padre in forma spirito e cercare così alla fine di arrivare ad un accordo.
