There... there are so many people wearing white to the beach, it's driving me nuts, aha. White's a great color, I love white, but on the sand, white doesn't stay white. But in terms of OX's color prefs and how the piece looks, yes, it looks great.

He Tian also just setting his socks on the sand... bro, pls. I love the details, but it's going to be so disgusting after.

I love how Zhan Zi Qian is having fun with Jian Yi and Zhan Zheng Xi while Xiao Hui looks on. Their proximity to each other and expressions are perfect. I can just imagine Jian Yi being the one to propose the idea, and Zhan Zheng Xi just going along with it (with being buried), pfft.

He Tian's constant need for contact is perfectly normal here (he can't keep his hands off his beloved Mo), but I love the way the two look as if they're posing for the camera; the fact that Mo's posing as well.

Buzzcut in the back there enjoying an ice cream with a quirked brow at our beloved couple (par for the course), and even She Li in the back bullying some poor dude (also the norm, but I'm surprised OX decided to include him still. I really wonder if we've seen the last of him?)

The second pic is too precious, with Buzzcut playing beach volleyball with He Tian and Mo in the background; He Tian more likely hindering the game than actually playing it if he's just gonna carry Mo around like that, pfft.

Zhan Zi Qian and Xiao Hui are off playing by the shore with a woman I don't recognize. Maybe they were all playing together with Zhan Zheng Xi and Jian Yi before the pair decided to split off to take a break and dry off?

Finally, the main pair in the second pic: Jian Yi getting his feet wiped down by Zhan Zheng Xi after a dip in the water. The former's hair and body are still wet, and there's a towel around his shoulders. It's really too perfect and precious.

What I love about OX's art is that every expression and every pose tells a story; no line is being wasted. How they feel and who they are are captured in the moment, or even just their presence adds to the overall tone of the scene.

19 days character name pronunciation guide for people who don’t speak chinese and want to pronounce the names a little more correctly without actually having to learn chinese (my credentials: i took 4 years of university chinese and still can’t speak it)

jian yi - jian kind of like jen but with an ee sound before the eh sound, so like JEE-en but as one syllable, yi like ee

zhan zhengxi - zh is pronounced kind of like the j in judge, so zheng sounds kind of like jung if you think of it that way, xi is kind of in between sounding like see and she

he tian - he is like a less intense huh, tian rhymes with the jian in jianyi

mo guanshan - pretty much how it looks, mo can be pronounced a little more like muo

he cheng - cheng is closer to chung

brother qiu - qiu is like if you said chee-o as one syllable

she li - she rhymes with the he in he tian so a bit like shuh

xiao hui - xiao is like see-ow said as one syllable, hui is like hway

zhan ziqian - zi is kind of in between zuh and zee but closer to zuh, think of it more as just saying the letter z without any vowels after it if that makes sense, qian rhymes with jian from jian yi and the q makes a bit of a ch sound

hope this helps people not butcher the names as much but again i am not fluent in chinese, this is just what made sense to me as an english speaker trying to explain chinese pronunciation to people who may have never heard it spoken

Wang Chuan Feng Hua Lu (忘川风华录) Masterpost

Wang Chuan Feng Hua Lu (忘川风华录) is a Vocal synth (Vocaloid and SynthV) music project. It consists of songs themed around different figures throughout Chinese history. The project is a collaboration between different artists and creatives, with music and videos featuring prominent traditional Chinese elements. The project's title translates to "The Records of Magnificence of the Wangchuan" - In Chinese mythology, "Wangchuan" (or River of Forgetting) is a river in the Underworld that can rid one of their past life's memories, similar to the river Lethe.

A mobile game adaptation has also been developed by NetEast. Unfortunately, I haven't played it so I can't give much insight on it. However, I assume that its premise is similar to that of the idea behind the project as a whole: all these historical figures meeting each other in the Underworld after they died. Maybe.

He Tian and Brother Qiu - Mostly one sided, Brother Qiu has no idea it’s going on, brought on by the fact that Mo just admires Qiu……‘s motorcycle.

Mo and He Cheng - Mo completely knows it’s going on but doesn’t care and loves that he’s beating He Cheng, who just wants his brothers affection too

He Cheng and He Tian - He Tian wants nothing to do with his brother, but He Cheng really does want to be in He Tian’s life

Jian Yi and Zhan Zi Qian - It’s on sight with these two. Brought on by the fact that they can’t share Xixi

Mo and She Li - She Li probably had a reason of why he’s doing what he’s doing, but I think he forgot at this point and is just keeping it going to not be embarrassed.

He Tian and She Li - Wishes death on the other.

Buzzcut and He Tian - Buzzcut thinks they’re friends, but all He Tian thinks is more competition for Mo’s time and affection.

All my latest fics are Cdrama-related, from a number of different fandoms. There are also three chaptered fics in this list, I've taken the sentence from the last chapter for those fics.(listed from oldest to newest):
